Furthermore, while on vacation my rash won't show up until about the 3rd or 4th day into my vacation and then it covers my whole body. Why do you think this is? Side Note: I'm an spf nazi and cake 30-50 on at all times. I love swimming and vacationing, but the thought of going makes me depressed due to my ugly rash.

If this is heat rash, avoiding hot and humid places is necessary .Avoid excessive sweating or engaging in strenuous exercises which may lead to excessive sweat. This should resolve in a few days time and does not necessarily need any urgent intervention. You may apply light and mild cream over the area.

It looks like a heat rash, but is persisting... Although I'm feeling a bit better, and my sinuses are almost cleared, I've developed a pain in my upper right teeth today as well... Is the rash possibly related to the sinus problem?

Avatar n tn I have had a heat rash on my neck, beside the jawline now for 14 years. I have been to a few Dr's who have said "Its just a heat rash, nothing you can do about it". My question, can a heat rash last for this long? Its been in the same place and has never spread. Its definately gets worse in the heat, it itches like crazy.
