the doctor looked at my penis and there are a bunch of white almost pimple like bumps all over the base of my penis and up the underside of the shaft on either side. I was worried it was herpes and the doctor said it was most likely a heat burn rash. it has been there for about a week or so.

Hi I have a few small round bumps on my lower stomach that have been there for a while and have not spread. They are not itchy nor do they cause any discomfort. I thought it may be a heat rash because it was very hot when they appeared. The heat has gone down and it's been a few weeks, and they are not any worse they look exactly the same. Pictures should never be used to diagnosis someone, so they aren't permitted to be uploaded in the forum. It sounds like you may have a heat rash of some type or even a rash from the sand at the beach. Try to stay away from the heat, keep your legs washed with cooler water, and if the rash continues- I'd encourage you to get to your doctor to have them take a look.
Hi, I started having a itch rash on knees and elbows kind of a few heat spots that was very itchy. This was 2 weeks ago and has know on my arms legs belly and penis head as we'll as my back. The rash ain't intense but spread out. Went walk in centre and they just advised it's dermatitis but obviously isn't. I also have a 1 or 2 of these heat spots on feet and hands.

I have had a heat rash on my neck, beside the jawline now for 14 years. I have been to a few Dr's who have said "Its just a heat rash, nothing you can do about it". My question, can a heat rash last for this long? Its been in the same place and has never spread. Its definately gets worse in the heat, it itches like crazy.

From the symptoms contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, folliculitis, hives and heat rash need to be ruled out. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. Also wear cotton clothes and apply a mild steroid cream if the symptoms are severe. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
I dont know where to start with this, pretty much it looks like darker dry skin and its on my inner elbows, does not itch or hurt or anything, its just there, any idea what this is? heat rash, a fungus or something?
