Common Questions and Answers about Heat rash natural cure

heat

Avatar m tn Hello, I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be dermatitis skin, contact dermatitis or heat rash. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful apart from steroid creams. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
Avatar f tn Could it be simply just pimples as a preteen prepubescent thing or maybe she has used a facial cleanser cream that she may be allergic to? could it just be from her sweating and it be like a heat rash? Either way, maybe she should see a doctor who would be able to give you more insight to this problem. Is it anywhere else on her body? Google rash on forehead and see what you come up with.
Avatar n tn Baking soda/powder baths or you can put baking soda/powder or corn starch on the rash it will suck out the heat. I get prickly heat rash every summer and the cool bath with baking soda helps tremendously. Good luck I know it *****!
Avatar m tn i got heat boils on my penis glans... b'cause of heat or wat... how to cure that... help me...
Avatar n tn Atopic dermatitis may be considered here.Your rash appears to be triggered by heat and the incidence reverts spontaneously after a few minutes once in a cooler environment. I suggest that you have this assessed by an allergologist or clinical immunologist. An atopic reaction has to be ruled out. At this point avoid exposure to extreme heat and take frequent baths to cool the body. You may use mild moisturizers with menthol and camphor for cooling effects .
Avatar n tn this looks like heat rash to me. I'm not aware of a treatment for it but you can talk to your dermatologist OR post on the "ask an expert" forum.
Avatar m tn the doctor looked at my penis and there are a bunch of white almost pimple like bumps all over the base of my penis and up the underside of the shaft on either side. I was worried it was herpes and the doctor said it was most likely a heat burn rash. it has been there for about a week or so. she said there is a chance for them to be warts.. but there are far too many to lead her to believe that is the case. she said i should apply cortisone cream i think?
Avatar n tn My background is very diverse, so that may be the issue, but is it natural that I would sun burn very easily? I even burn through my clothes! I am also very sensitive to heat. is this normal?
Avatar f tn Most can be handled with a cream, time, or breastmilk( seriously, best diaper rash cure all) my son got a yeast rash out of nowhere, I had never had to deal with a rash, It spread so quick I about had a heart attack:P put on athletes foot cream and it was gone when he woke up
Avatar n tn It fits all the descriptions of a heat rash but it has been a week now and they are not on the neck, in the groin, under the breasts, or in elbow creases. Just on my arms and legs! I have tried hydrocortizone but as suspected, it was too moist for the area and made the rash feel worse. I am staying away from the New York City sun, no longer jogging at high noon but there is still no sign of improvement. I just got laid off and I am without medical insurance (can't afford Cobra).
Avatar f tn Cold cloths on the hives (works for normal ones and especially heat ones) a cool bath or sjower may help before you get them to keep them away or even help cool you off and not get them. Drink lots of cold water. Other than that I don't know natural remedies but heat rash on childer I put cool cloths on it it helps.
Avatar f tn Natural remedies are definitely worth a try and might make you feel better, but there is nothing known that will cure the underlying disease and prevent joint damage. Most patients I know use prescription meds along with natural treatments like heat, ice, massage, reiki, acupunture, homeopathy, diet changes, exercise, and more. I do believe Reiki has helped me take fewer meds but I still have the disease. With proper, aggressive treatment you may be one of the lucky ones that achieves remission.
Avatar n tn I have had a heat rash on my neck, beside the jawline now for 14 years. I have been to a few Dr's who have said "Its just a heat rash, nothing you can do about it". My question, can a heat rash last for this long? Its been in the same place and has never spread. Its definately gets worse in the heat, it itches like crazy.
Avatar f tn I'm from California n this 90-100ยค weather is giving me a heat rash it's down my thighs and ice packs help...anyone else get rashes?
7156294 tn?1395365917 Sorry it posted before I finished. I meant heat rash.
Avatar f tn Not STD. Not heat rash, either, probably, as those are just irritating and then go away. Probably just chafing. Not a place likely to get eczema. You might need a better pair of bicycle shorts. I used to get friction rashes all the time in that area from running. If it was just itching and not red, it might be ringworm, or jock itch. That's a fungal infection, but those are more likely in the edges of your pubic area where it's nice and moist.
Avatar m tn It will be pretty embarrasing. Any idea on what i should do or what the cure is for my rash? thanks a lot!!
Avatar n tn That's what I'm thinking, Mom, or a friction rash.
Avatar m tn I think I can help you but you do not say whether or not you had an exposure, a sexual one. During the summer, heat rash can develop and can come from either constricting clothing, trapped moisture, clogged pores, etc. The itching around the anus could be purititis ani or anal itching for simple terms. You may need to get some anti itch creams or seek out a physician. You have nothing to worry about. Physicians see unusual cases all the time and they are there for a reason to help.
Avatar n tn Just wondering if anyone has found a remedy for the "hiker's rash" or the heat rash that develops above ankles when in hot and humid weather and on feet all day? I have seen 2 dermatologists and they are stumped. This discussion is related to Lower Leg Rash.
280369 tn?1316702041 Sounds more like a heat rash. When you get chicken pox, they start as little red bumps, but quickly fill in with fluid and then pop, creating a scab. VERY itchy too, if you recall when you had them. You would probably know in the next day if it is chicken pox by the change in the spots. As for you, it shouldn't be a problem if you already had the chicken pox.
