I have had this rash for about 3 weeks. It keeps spreading, it started on my chest now its on my chest stomach back shoulders and neck. I'm a insulator so at first I assumed it was a skin irritation from insulation but it keeps getting worse. It gets worse when I get a shower I thinly from the heat.
I usually get it like once in a year or two when my body is overheated (not overheated in the literal meaning but due to working overtime and getting very little rest) Once i get it, its very uncomfortable, itchy and it keeps spreading if untreated. Rash develops into pus cells or water buds that are ready to explode upon little pressure. My mom takes me to some local healer who uses camphor mixed in coconut oil to heal this rash. Unfortunately i'm away from home and need immediate help.

From the symptoms the possibilities of boils, heat rash, sweat dermatitis or scabies rash. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
My sincere suggestion is to get it evaluated from a doctor. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
my husband has a rash that started with little red bumps, and are very ichy it started under his arm below his arm pit it but it is not under his arm pit. It traveled to his waist to groin to upper back now on butt and going down to his khalves. First Dr. gave prednisone tablets and cream Mystatin &Triamcinolone Acetonide .It keeps traveling. went to Dermatologist she said she don't know what it is but she doesnt think it is internal. She gave him clobetasol Propionate cream usp, 5%.
So I've had a rash spreading for about 2 weeks now. It originally started with minor bumps on my underwear lining.Heat and sweat made the skin more irritated and helped it spread. I'd compulsively scratch whenever drifting in sleep. Some bumps have started to scar and become scaley. About a week later a rash started appearing on my neck. I recall waking up drenched in sweat and a minor itch on my neck. I mildly touched it throughout the next couple days without any noticeable changes.

It can be due to atopic dermatitis, eczema, heat rash or fungal infection if it is spreading. The treatment for all of these is entirely different. I suggest you to get an evaluation and a KOH examination of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis for any fungal infection. Biopsy skin can also be done.

I get a rash often between my thighs that I believe is heat rash. The pain from the rash comes and goes but my skin has gotten thicker and darkened in that area now. I also have developed small, painless bumps in the area. There are at least 50 on each leg; they are flesh colored to light brown and raised. They are pimple like but when squeezed, nothing comes out (they do bleed a little when squeezed.) I have had these bumps for several months.
t really itch but the rash itself kinda burns. it looks somewhat like a heat rash but more red and swollen. the large welts have not gotten any better and the rash is helped with OTC benadryl but stays and gets worse when no benadryl is taken. we went to the urgent care center because about a year ago he had a severe staph infection and was treated pretty easily with an antibiotic injection (rocephin??). at this visit they said it was folliculitis and tinea something (ringworm). the dr.
This summer, while in Dublin (so no ridiculous heat) I have gotten the rash again. this time it is much worse and is spreading very quickly.
I went to the doctor the first two times I got this rash and he prescribed me different creams which did not seem to help. I then went to a dermatologist who prescribed me something else. After a few weeks of using this cream, I found the rash was exactly the same, so I stopped and slowly it began to heal again.
But I am thinking this might be an allergic reaction to something else, maybe the sunscreen, the sun, heat? In the past it takes two weeks for these bumps to stop forming, mostly because it keeps spreading and the bumps are very close together. It starts to heal as soon as new ones start, but never in the same place it originated from, usually spread up my body or down it, but never beyond my chest.
These can be contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis, heat rash or due to viral exanthematous disease. Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough and so confirmation is necessary.Till then make your child wear cotton clothes and apply calamine lotion on the bumps.

Yes, it's only on my right side. The top of the rash slants downward from the centerline just like in the dermatome diagrams (looking at the back), but it sure looks like like several dermatomes. If it keeps spreading, I'm going to see my doc. The rash has not even begun to go away after 3.5 weeks, in fact getting slightly worse and considerably larger, just stays red and bumpy and itchy.
It started with a rash on the back of his hand. Roundish, spreading outward, cracked, scaly, tiny blisters. It went away for a couple of months, and then came back with a vengeance. Then he started getting patches on his arms, torso, one on his neck, between his fingers. ..
We just don't think it's ringworm because it's not spreading to anyone else and is been months. He holds our 15 month old all the time. It's only on him.

Sweat rash or heat rash is still a differential .However do you also note other similar rash in other parts of the body?
If this is heat rash, avoiding hot and humid places is necessary .Avoid excessive sweating or engaging in strenuous exercises which may lead to excessive sweat. This should resolve in a few days time and does not necessarily need any urgent intervention. You may apply light and mild cream over the area.

Scabies is a contagious skin infection caused by a parasite – the mite, which burrows under the host’s skin and causes intense allergic itching. It is transmitted from objects or beddings, but more with direct skin- to – skin contact.
This now is a very large target shaped mark on my palm, and seems to be spreading outwards. It itches sometimes, The skin keeps peeling away from the centre.
Now this has spread to my fingers, first one then two, now 5 or 6, and also on the heels of both my hands. I think it is also on the bottom of one foot. Little bubbles that feel hard to the touch, more appear, and eventually the skin breaks and it seems kind of like a rash.
