Hello, I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be dermatitis skin, contact dermatitis or heat rash. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful apart from steroid creams. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

I have had a heat rash on my neck, beside the jawline now for 14 years. I have been to a few Dr's who have said "Its just a heat rash, nothing you can do about it". My question, can a heat rash last for this long? Its been in the same place and has never spread. Its definately gets worse in the heat, it itches like crazy.

Hi, I have suffered from chronic itching and skin rash for the last few years, I also suffer very badly when i am in the sun from what i assume is heat rash even though i have been on steroid tablets, steroid creams, anti hystamines and so on at the time that i go to a hot country, I go to spain once a year as my parents live there and each year i end up looking like im diseased when i come home.

Once you begin trt with Inf/Riba, do try to avoid the sun, heat, hot showers and sweating, since these will aggravate the itching and rash issues.

If this is folliculitits or inflammation of the hair follicles, this will resolve on its own after a few days. Warm compress may also help. So it could be is bed bugs but they would bite the entire family or it could be is a heat rash they blister as well or it could be hives or a heat rash. Only your Dr. can tell you for sure.

You do need to be cautious with too much sun exposure while on trt. I'm also in FL, so I do my cycling either early morning or late afternoon while the sun is not so intense. I get a rash often between my thighs that I believe is heat rash. The pain from the rash comes and goes but my skin has gotten thicker and darkened in that area now. I also have developed small, painless bumps in the area. There are at least 50 on each leg; they are flesh colored to light brown and raised. Rash is one of the sx of Riba, so as long as you are taking that, you could have the rash. Just keep that cream handy, and at the first sign of a new break out, put some on.

I'm from California n this 90-100¤ weather is giving me a heat rash it's down my thighs and ice packs help...anyone else get rashes?
