Hello, I have had this for a while. I went through an unsuccesful icsi treatment where I took large doses of stimulation drugs. It's during the treatment when I realized an awful rash on both my arms from wrist to shoulder. They do not itch at all, however they are red and often have white "head" puss inside them, which when squeeze it comes up like a pimple. They are raised, red and/or tanned and sometimes look like clogged pores.
Sounds like heat rash. I too work outside in a hot climate and the chafing and subsequent rash can be very painful. almost to painful to walk. I would try some O/C Hydro cortisone cream to try and reduce the inflammation. Then I suggest you use a product called Body Glide. It eliminates chafing and blisters. It comes in an easy to apply stick like a deodorant would. It is not sticky or messy.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be dermatitis skin, contact dermatitis or heat rash. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful apart from steroid creams. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
I have had a heat rash on my neck, beside the jawline now for 14 years. I have been to a few Dr's who have said "Its just a heat rash, nothing you can do about it". maybe 4 months ago i started to get a little rash on my groin where the pelvis and thigh meet, well i thought nothing of it, its just heat rash. so i let it be, after a while it got worse and i showed my father, he said it was heat rash, so i thought it would just go away, but it hasn't, in fact it has spread.
I have a skin rash around the groin. It's all over my inner thighs, around the scrotum, on the penis, and is now traveling upwards toward my abdomen. It first started on the legs and then progressed to the sexual organ. It is now becoming more wide spread. I have been using Neosporin anti-fungal cream. I though I had jock itch or heat rash, but all I see is small, red spots/blotches.
What could it be?
