The pathological reaction that takes place on your skin due to foreign particles is considered as allergy rash. Usually this type of rash appears suddenly and is quite itchy. For last 3 weeks have had severe itching over entire body incl. genit., with tiny bumps(pin head size)not red rash, just bumps. No bumps on genit. Am scheduled with MD in two weeks for Dermat. exam, went to local clinic and tried stopping Celebrex and Allegra and took Hydroxizine. No help so far and I am getting crazy, cannot sleep.
Can the Heat Rash I’m experiencing be a Herpes Outbreak? My first heat rash was last year as I was training to walk a marathon. It started on my Quads, and then my biceps. The itching was terrible and I was able to see a dermatologist, who prescribed Clobex spray. I have since had a few outbreaks since, not as severe, and use the Clobex. This last week, I had a heat rash on my upper left arm while on vacation, which I sprayed.

My little sister was sleeping and woke up with a rash all over her back, shoulders, arms, and neck. She said she felt hot and that her back was wet when she woke up. What is it? Is this dangerous? What do you recommend we use?

by week 30 of treatment, i realized that i've become allergic to tylenol (which i wasn't before). and developed psoriatic like rash over the body, which lasted for at least a week, took a while to fade. get it checked to see if your rash is due to drug interactions or allergies..
IT IS CAUSED BY EMOTIONS,EXERTION. OR HEAT. IT IS ALSO AUTO IMMUNE DISEASE. THE RASH CAN BE TREATED WITH AN ANTI-HISTAMINE. I PREFER ZERTEC. I WAS SUPPOSED TO OUTGROW IT BUT NOW AT 61, I STILL GET IT WHEN I AM OVERHEATED OR DO TOO MUCH. I WAS DX'ED WITH MS IN 1986. PLEASE FORGIVE SPELLING.

The pain is mainly on the tops of my feet and the tops of my hands. It has progressed to pain all over my body, especially in my joints. I have heat intolerance, where I feel fatigue, nausea and dizziness. I have been out in shaded areas and would wake with my entire body swollen twice my size. I cannot even drive or ride in a car if it is sunny. I once drove to Charleston SC during the summer and when I arrived, my hands were so swollen and painful, I couldn't close them to make a fist.
For about 2 weeks, several times a day, I feel heat starting to form on the outer side of my right leg. But I have no rash and my skin does not feel hot to the touch. Please someone help us figure out what is going on.
A few months back, it became unbearable with this sensation felt strongly all over the body. At its peak, it seemed as if heat was radiating from where my heart is and the body was burning up similar to when there is high fever. However temperature was always normal. In the presence of certain people, this burning sensation would flare up. Sunlight would make it worse. It was worse with stress, any infection. Worse at noon. Worse at certain places.

(now doc thinks i have ischemic colitis). Pins and needles are now all over my entire body. Stabbing pain. Also have heat skin sensations. Just had a stress test stating I have a blockage in my heart. My heart feels SO shaky ALL of the time. Just had inflammations of my bronchial tube and have real bad acid reflux/Gerd. Now I'm having tremors and CANNOT sleep! All my tests including thyroid came out okay. I have "brain fog". Getting harder to talk.
Man, sorry to hear of the rash, *believe me* I empathize with you. Although it certainly sounds like you hit the derm-doctor jackpot! Sounds absolutely perfect and that you're in the best hands possible. I wish my doctors had actually experienced HCV and had gone through biopsies and treatment (not that I'd wish it on them of course!). I'm positive my standard of care would be much better. Anyway, sounds like you should be feeling better real soon.
I am a 19 year old female and I have aches and pains all throughout my body. Joint stiffness too. My finger joints are stiff and in pain, my jaw and head are sore, my entire spine hurts, and all the joints in my feet and ankles are sore or stiff. What could be the problems of these mysterious aches and pains?
Few months ago I started having rashes between my toes. As days went on, a rash started to appear with blisters on a few of my toes. This rash gets so hot and itches so bad it keeps me up most of the night. My entire foot gets hotter and I have to wash my legs to keep it cool. But after few days again it starts to appear in to toes. My mother said the body heat is very high & that’s why you get these rashes. Please help me on this.
I should also mention that I have also experienced a split second warm sensation on various parts of my body. For example, I will feel a heat sensation on an inch patch of my thigh that lasts one second. I have also had blood test for vit b12 (525), thyroid and hiv. They all came back normal. I have not noticed any increase in symptoms with exercise or being hot. Thanks for all of your responses.
On the Riba, barely even noticable, more like a mild heat rash with some itching. On Telaprevir extreme itching, extreme rash. Now, other may have an entirely different experience. But, I've had Telaprevir w/o Riba, so I think I have the experience to compare the two.
Another symptom is that his penis retracts into his body when his adrenaline gets going. He would literally have to pull it out before it goes all the way in. I have tried looking up these symptoms but only found one thing called "Penis Panic" pretty much saying that its a beliefe where men think their penis is going to retract into their body and disapear. Well, this def is not something in his head, lol... really happens. Anyone else heard of this?
I've had this for about a year off and on - lately a lot more on than off. I will get rashes anywhere on my body (ranging from arms to legs, torso - everywhere). The skin will become itchy with very slight redness, or sometimes even bright redness. Interestingly enough, when I touch it - it's usually fairly hotter than my body. It's literally warm to the touch. When I scratch it (yes, they get VERY itchy) - it usually ends up in getting bumpy which of course, make it more itchy.
I am horribly worried about the Rash (is it HIV/STD) -Is rash in such cases generalized on entire trunk or body or can it come and go (subsides in a few hours) comes back again next day etc Is this ARS ?
Hi, Cholinergic urticaria is a subcategory of physical urticaria (aka hives) that is a skin rash brought on by a hypersensitive reaction to body heat. Symptoms follow any stimulus to sweat such as exercise (sometimes called exercise-induced urticaria), heat from the sun (which could also indicate solar urticaria), saunas, hot showers (reaction to water can also indicate water urticaria), spicy foods which may cause an increase in body temperature or even stress due to blushing or anger.
I had a rash covering my entire body, even my scalp. I am really sensitive to even mosquito bites so that's probably why it was intolerable for me. After 6 months of treatment I quit and my virus at that point was undetectable but after a month my doc wanted me to return to check my levels and it was back to where I started orginally. My treatment didnt' work. I've been with this disease probably 20+ years and my level of the virus was pretty low. My liver was at stage 1 with no fibrosis ...
I've had a recurring rash or hives for over 10 weeks. It started out as localized itchy bumps, resembling insect bites, usually two at a time, on my tricep area and upper arm near the elbow. This occurred on both arms, and then once on my neck, which induced me to see a doctor. The ones on my neck and occassionally others grew to about two inches in diameter which were hard underneath and raised on top, red and very itchy. The inflammation would last for a few days.
I had allergic reaction to Atarax that resulted in chicken pox rash from the neck down. I also had something else that affected my entire face, though it was not itchy, but extremely noticeable. And I am the complexion of our President :0) Thanks for your input. Keep it coming! I just wanna have all my ducks in a row but am also hoping for the best. Best to you too!
Have a rash under my waffer and really burns and itches when i remove waffer. What can i put on rash? Also new waffer i am using seems to not want to come off altho the outer ring does ?
My worst experience with this was when I went to some rapids last summer and literally, my entire body was covered in bumps... I was a walking rash! It itches so much and gets me in hysterics. That time at the rapids I had to get into the car and turn on the heat to the highest.. I was crying in despair since it just wouldnt go away! It took around an hour for the bumps to dissapear. After that I've had minor breakouts, usually when I come out of the shower or a pool, or simply in cold weather.
But,seriously, the majority of us have noticed that the sun and/or heat will make the rash bloom like the desert after a rain. My profile photo is what I looked like after being in the sun for a couple of hours, and that was after I had already completed treatment. The sun is the enemy for most of us on treatment. I could give you more suggestions, but I think they are all in the threads I have listed below. I am going to list links to 3 different threads, all from LookingForword.
