Now I have a bit of a sore kidney from the procedure, and still some stomach upset related to that, but nothing like the 4 or 5 hours I used to spend after a workout, feeling like I had been kicked in the nuts or something...
I thought that when you have a heat exhaustion or stroke from heat that you are dehydrated, Pain Meds? I really have not felt right since, but this other stuff started a few weeks ago. Let me know what you think, maybe I will find some direction from that. I have been having suicidal thoughts since this started. And yes I do have an appointment with a shrink on Monday, for that. This is not like me. I was a coach, I am a healthy food consumer. Is it possible to have alzheimers at my age.?
Also my episode today was brought on by me eating less than 3 hours before I went to sleep (around 1.5 hours). When I woke up this morning I could tell my stomach and esophogus were upset with me, and when I finally ate lunch (several tums, water, and a prilosec later) 15 minutes or so later the bloating and heart fluttering kicks in. Please if anyone knows a way to heal yourself from this condition let me know.
I try to drink plenty of water to make my pee run clear to light yellow, and when I get fitfull kicks while trying to sleep (sign of dehydration), I put a heat pack on my stomach and that seems to temporarily settle it down. These practices feel more like temporary solutions than long term especially for trying to get back into weightlifting. I don't get it, but it seems exercise makes my stomach worse, however, when I don't exercise I feel sluggish on another end.
I try to squeeze it out and only a hard stool comes out. 5. The sweating stops and the stomach cramp subsides. I think everything is over and I clean up. I walk out of the toilet and in about 2 minutes time the stomach cramp and the fainting sensation comes back (I've fainted only once to date from this and was out for about 15-20 minutes). 6. When I get back to the toilet I have a really violent Diarrhoea episode in pure liquid state.
Today and yesterday I feel much much better but my legs are still swollen and I am still feeling slightly sick Is there any remedy to this besides doctor I have read that mostly they prescribe antibiotics, but I have no boils, the burn isnt hurting chronically anymore and I seem to be getting better but still have a stomachache (and I have lost 3 pounds because my stomach is upset and so I force myself to eat the stuff I need and thats it) Also I am drinking a lot but not an excessive amount o
I'm delighted to see that the new trackers are up. Here are some thoughts. EXERCISE TRACKER For starters, I've just opened this up and it's lost yesterday's data. It's great that it includes "moderate" and "vigorous" exercise (for the stationary bike); could you add "gentle"?

I was hoping to hear something helpful about my crazy-heat-episodes, new-onset headaches and exhaustion. I had thought that maybe there was a psycho-somatic cause, since my internet research said that heat episodes are caused by menopause (been checked, those hormones are normal for a 35 year old) or problems with the hypothalamus. Which looks rather nasty to me. She looked at my throid levels - I'm hypothyroid. Oddly, my TSH is undetectable, but my T3 and T4 are mid-range normal.
It disappeared or was just pushed to the background when I went through all my stomach problems throughout 2006. Now that there is no more stomach pain, the leg pains have become more prominent. I am trying to get a script of anti-inflammatory's as this seems to alleviate the pain. I went for a bone scan a week today and this came back clear for which I am most thankful.
The western diet seems to confuse the stomach about when it should be satified but this way I'm not dieting, just eating the amount my body wants and it's the food I'd be eating anyway. I am trying it and it seems to be working. I'll keep you posted if you'd like. Thanks again and take care.
Lupus can cause all of what you've described. It has been linked to neurological disturbances, including psychotic episodes. Scleroderma, which is referred to as a cousin to Lupus, could also be possible. Although the psychosis doesn't fit, his skin being sore or tender sounds like scleroderma. Mixed Connective Tissue Disease (MCTD) is a mixture of autoimmune diseases, particularly Lupus and Scleroderma.

I stopped for a hamburger and diet drink while on the go. When I got home about 2 hours later, I had an upset stomach, body aches, and flushed cheeks. I felt sick and thought I had a fever. But, when I took my temp. it was only 91.4, using a digital thermometer under the tongue. (My temp. usually runs around 96.8.) I took 2 Tums and 2Acetaminophen (550 mg each). About an hour later my temp went up to 94.2, then dropped back down to 92.8 later.
walking or laying down makes no difference. There is no position where there is relief. I don't like to take pain pills, they upset my stomach but had a few Loratabs left from a dental problem. They lowered the volume, but still the pain was intense. My family doctor referred me to an orthopedic surgeon and prescribed Percocet until my appointment. Same results as the Loratabs. The pain in my knee set off a topical pain down the front of my shin... I can control that with Elcon cream.
Eventually I found an over the counter Cluster Headache med which works about 75 0/0 of the time. Bad stomach, meaning diarrhea, and all the pains and cramps that go with it. Double, blurred vision... Could be I'm getting old right?? Almost like acne type spots on my face, I never ever had spots and guess what? These don't respond to anything the Dr prescribes.... Aches, pains etc etc.... Have had blood tests in the past, and was told they were fine, maybe a little low on Testosterone...

4 I was very upset about the lab result because of concerns about fertility. I began taking my Armour doses without food (previously took at the same time as meals). Also started taking 200 mcg selenium tablet daily. As well as taking 90 mcg instead of prescribed 75 mcgs for about 2 weeks before deciding this was a bad idea. This was all fine for about 1 month (my hair did start shedding a lot). I don't know if this was related...

So now I'm now left with no treatment for my back pain except OTC stuff, heat and ice. And the pain now is probably only 10% better without the lortabs than it was before I got them to begin with. My weekend and god only knows how long after that will now be filled again with screams and tears and only falling asleep with exhaustion. I thought doctor's were suppose to ease people's suffering. I guess I was wrong. They only do if you have plenty of money to pay for it.

I have been having some stomach issues.. So, I have to be careful with stomach medications.. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night... again.. I wish I could just go to sleep at a normal time and wake up 6 or 7 hours later.. that would be nice.. Does anyone know how long it takes to get your sleeping hours back again? I am so glad this is day 4 no pills.. it is so strange. I am not craving the pills...out of habit I reach for them whenever I am in very bad pain, and then remember they are gone.
I have been practising Bikram yoga for 2 years and never dreamed that if I was to become pregnant, it would be dangerous for the baby. I went to my doc today and she explained to me the dangers of excessive heat and birth defects. I had NEVER heard of this until now. Believe me, I will not walk back into that room until the birth of this child, but could the damage already be done!?! I can not get a straight answer anywhere and now I'm very worried.
It started with an upset stomach and a racing heart rate and high BP. But surprisingly it would subside for sometime after I used the Rest room. This is when I discovered that the problem is related to my digestive tract. So I would took 20ml of Aluminum Hydroxide and surprisingly with in 5 minutes the symptoms would sup-side. So I decided to treat myself with Ayurveda.
