heat

Avatar f tn I live in florida as well and know exactly how u feel.
Avatar f tn Dehydration can cause nausea and lead to a vicious cycle where the dehydration and heat do lead to heat exhaustion because the nausea prevents the intake of fluids which just adds to the dehydration and leads to the body getting hotter and hotter.
Avatar f tn If you leave the house, take a salty snack and water with you everywhere. As far as the dizziness goes-I have that too. When I go into the heat it does something to my ears and I feel dizzy. You'll have to see a doctor for that one. Basically, stay out of the sun as much as you can, and be prepared when you do have to go out. I hope I have helped you out even a little. Good luck and feel better.
Avatar m tn I used to do it all the time and than one day I got heat exhaustion. I continued to play and sure enough a couple weeks later, it happened again. I continued to play tennis later in the day or on less hot days, but ever since than I am sensitive to heat. Every summer I experience it, I get fatigue, headaches, nausea, and a general wiped out feeling on the hottest days. Even if I am not outside, if it gets very hot, it affects me.
Avatar m tn I have had 2 heart attacks (age 46 and 48) from clots in a tiny artery, branch of a branch of LAD and ever since have issues breathing when it's humid outside. I am working for 1 month in a carpenter shop with no A/C, only fans and it has been as high as 99. I think I've gotten heat exhaustion twice now, missed 2 days of work. This is not my career, only a 1 month learning experience and I'm considering going to half days, early mornings only.
Avatar m tn It is likely that you experienced some degree of heat exhaustion if you were sleeping for such long hours in direct sunlight. Also it is concerning that you did not have ventilation in the car when you were sleeping. It is quite possible that you had been inspiring air poor in oxygen and have had a buildup of carbondioxide in the blood. It is difficult to say whether it was this is the cause of your current headaches though.
Avatar f tn What I want to know is why do I have sheer exhaustion? I am so tired! How long will this last?
Avatar f tn (of course this happens over a long holiday weekend), has anyone had this happen and how long does it take to get the extra hormone from your system? I'm at the end of my rope.
Avatar f tn What dose of the patch are you on? How long have you been on it? Did you get sunburned (even slightly) when you were out the day before your accident? The day of the accident, had you changed your patch and put on a new one or was it still the same patch that had been on the day before?
572651 tn?1530999357 My normal B/P is 90/50. Sometimes 88/52. I have occasional PVC's and bradycardia. I have had SA Node ablation x2 due to SVT's, which I think this is why my heart rate is brady. As far as feeling dizzy, that is obviously (since I know you are aware of this) common with low B/P. You stopped the calcium channel blocker that you take for angina. I would agree that this is most likely due to your autonomic nervous system.
1388445 tn?1289267388 It's three weeks (21 days) give or take a day or so. But watch out! Because it's the MIDDLE WEEK when they can so easily get pregnant. Then they will try anything to get to a male dog, they will jump fences....wriggle underneath things to get out, etc. And once they are mated and they "tie together" it's too late! Preggers doggy! And that can happen in just a minute or two. Dogs don't mess about! lol.
Avatar f tn It turned out to be heat exhaustion. I live in Florida with all the wonderful humidity. Turns out someone cut the wires to our outside air conditioning unit. I feel loads better now though :) even better than normal.
