I have been getting boils in my arm pit since high school. I contracted staph about 2 years ago, my doctor said that it was probably due to the boils I got under my arm pit and cross contamination. I have still been getting boils under my arm. I think a lot of it has to do with me being large breasted. My bras tend to enhance the boils, summer is a bummer! Add heat, bra rubbing, and sweat ... I get HUGE boils ... They get sore, swollen, and I am sick of it!

This is not happening frequently. In the last one year I did not have this problem but before I have had this 4 to 5 times in the past. If I do not break them when they are small, they come into contact and turn into a big boil and once it is broken pain starts and turns into a wound. I had a consulted a doctor who told me not to worry and advised me to apply some cream. What is the reason and why am I getting this problem? Is it because of sex or heat?

ll need to go to a dermatologist in order for them to lance it off/remove it. Boils are deep in the tissue so popping it would be useless and you could wind up spreading it or getting it further infected. A dermatologist is your best bet because they'll know what to do. Good luck.

I have several boils developing rapidly between my outer vaginal lips down past the anus and up my butt crack. In the last 48 hours I went from 2 to 8, ranging from pea size to grape size and one that is very sensitive when I sit down. The largest is on my right vaginal lip and now there are two smaller ones above and below it, and one directly across from it on the left lip. There are 3 by my anus and 1 on my butt crack. My biggest concern is how many I have and their rapid development.

I do remember the boils, though, and the torture of my mother using a needle to pop the boils on the backs of my thighs and squeezing. I would try to focus on the boils, they do tend to come up in the bottom area or in between the legs. I would try and see if your clothing is rubbing in those areas and maybe even using baby powder to keep extra dry. Maybe look up "how to keep from getting boils".
