Recently I discovered there are many tiny bumps just above my upper lip, and they were there for like 2 weeks already, not increasing in size.
Also, I constantly feel some tingling or "heat" just above my upper lip, and I can see the area above my upper lip is becoming red, not really as red as my lip color, but you can see the area is generally pale red in color, and it feels a little bit swollen/inflammation.

I have a cluster of small blisters on my upper lip that have been present for the past month and 1/2.
They appeared shortly after I got a sinus infection. The area of my lips below my nose started off being red, but I attributed that to the excessive nose blowing that I was doing. Then blisters formed in that area. About 1 week later several more small blisters appeared on the other side of my upper lip.

I get these teeny tiny little clear bumps on my fingers and sometimes I get one on my lip. They are hard to see and I don't know they are there until I touch it. On the fingers they are usually near the tips and on my lip it's near the inside on the bottom lip. They go away in just a few days, no more than a week. But, they are really annoying and I haven't got a clue as to what it is.
Sometimes after the ones on my had go away I get tiny dry blisters that just open to look raggedy.
Anyway, 2 weeks ago my lips got very dry and tiny white blisters appeared on my top lip, and it felt slightly swollen. Then the corner of my mouth split again in the same place as before.
All this time those 3 blisters have been there - six months now without any obvious variation.
My doctor said it was Herpes, and I was in and out of her office in 60 seconds with a prescription for Zovirax. But after 4 days of applying zovirax 5 times (or more) a day, there's no change.

I have fluid-filled blisters all over my upper lip. They are on the lip it self as well as the edge, covering my whole upper lip. They aren't inside. They aren't cold sores (I've had cold sores and these aren't it). They are not itchy or painful. They didn't go through the cold sore stages. If I pop the blisters, my lips taste sour and the blisters form again.
I got a cold sore on my lip from a friend's drinking straw six days ago. I had never had cold sores before. A day and a half later, I started developing symptoms of genital herpes - minor pain in the groin area, a little tingling, and one area that is slightly sore but not red. But no bumps or blisters.
As soon as I realized I had a cold sore I was really careful not to touch my lips and to wash my hands frequency.

I am not sure about this last one but I have hsv 1 and it spred from by my nose to to my lip and I gave my husband a ** less than a week before my first lip outbreak and he didnt get it. My doc said that there has to be a break in the skin but I hear alot that it can transfer through mucus membranes. I dont know if a penis is mucus membranes.
I noticed a painful bump under the skin on the right corner of my lower lip. It has no head but it is painful. When I thought it was gone since the pain subsided, it formed a head with a white pus and it still is painful. While it appears to me that it is not a cold sore since it is not spread and it is under the skip etc, I would like to get a second opinion. By the way I have been diagonised with HSV and had oral breakout in the past which does not resemble to this one.
This just showed up yesterday. When pulling top lip over teeth shows little white pimple like rash on top lip. Slight burny sensation, and a little raised. Any ideas or treatments used and successful?

They are not painful. If you were too look at my lips you can not even see them, the "blisters" are the same color as my lip. I wouldn't call them blisters i would just say they are fluid filled bumps that are the same color as my lips and are not painful.

I have had a very strong burning feeling on the area around my lips (especially above upper lip- te area between nose and lip but closer to lip). I don't know whats the reason for it. I just once had 2 blisters but since I have an acne problem for more than last 6 years, I thought it might be because of so. But since then there have been no blisters but burning has continued for 4-5 weeks. The doc advised an anti-allergy medicine but didnt help.
About 12 days ago I noticed my bottom lip started to swell. I had just used a new lipstick, the kind that stains the lips then you put on a clear coat. I have been using this type for many months. The lip was stinging, & burning along with the swelling. I also thought this was a reaction to some antibiotics I was on. I have never had this happen before. Now, 12 days later my lips are not swelled but they still have blisters that burn, even water from the shower burns them.
t noticed any blisters down there since the first outbreak. Today, I woke up with a tingling in my lip and noticed what appears to be blisters coming through. I've never experienced blisters on my lips before...is it possible the herpes i acquired which presented on my penis is now presenting on my lip?
Where exactly is the location of the blisters? I'm imagining that its on the corner of your lip. Are you saying its in your mouth on your cheek?
Its sound like a cold sore but I would recommend seeing your dentist if the symptoms persist. Usually a cold sore should last 1-2 weeks and does have some itching/tingling prior to appearance.
Also, be careful with the fluids in the vesicle as it can be contagious and reinfect you.
I have a small raised bump on my lip, not noticeable unless you stare a into my lip. It first appeared 6 days ago when all of a sudden I felt like a burning sensation and my lip felt swollen. Since then I have been putting cold sore medicine, thinking it could possibly be one starting out. I have never had one before, but my sister-in law and friend said they start out in a tingling or burning or itching sensation. So, upset, but worried, I continued the ointment.
He looked at them and said there are blisters inside the lip, but he is not sure they are ulcers or cold sores. He took a swab from those blisters and prescribed valacyclovir 500 mg. But on most of the forums I read if the blisters are inside the lip they are calling it as mucocels. Could that be mucoceles in my case?
