Avatar n tn Hello, I am a 25 year old male I am 6'-1" and weigh around 215-220 pds. The past couple of months I have been suffering from chronic nausea, lightheadedness and headaches. It seems to happen off and on after eating and sometimes when I haven't eaten but it is more prominent like 3 hours after eating anything. I went to one dr. and they did some blood work and everything was ok.
Avatar n tn Next day, monday to wednesday, i was so weak and and was having lightheadedness episodes throughout the day with headaches that was like a minor pressure in my head. Come thursday, headaches were either nonexistent or very minor, so i came to work to friday.
Avatar n tn What kinds of tests have been run to show that there's gallbladder disease? Did they find polyps, stones, dyskinesia? The lightheadedness might be a sign of gallbladder disease (especially if it gets in the way if digestion), and the nausea definitely is (though it could be a myriad of other things). If you're really concerned, go to your doctor and ask "if not this, what else could it be/what else can you check me for?
Avatar m tn about a week ago i was having heartburn problems so i added some baking soda to some water and drank it but the next day i was feeling really lightheaded when i stood up and i was constipated so i took some magnesium citrate and it cleared me all out. i still have the lightheadedness when i stand up and it effects the whole body, almost like my body wants to give out on me.

Avatar f tn I would really like your opinion on what may be causing my symptoms as well as what I can do to get better. I have had a diagnosis for > 7 yrs. 40 year old female with gastroparesis of unknown origin. normal colenoscopy, 2 upper endoscopies with mild espohagitis. CT scan 2 years ago showed a liver lesion and gall bladder polyps. The lesion was later diagnosed as a hemangioma and is stable for 2 years now as are the polyps( US in Jan).

Avatar n tn ve started having a tight feeling in the center of my chest up to the bottom of my throat, and sometimes I will feel vaguely short of breath, or breathlessness that is not associated with exercise. Also alot of lightheadedness. My doctor looked inside my nose with a scope and said there was alot of inflammation up in there and just gave me run of the mill nasal steroid spray which isn't working to open up my nose or help my headaches or chest tightness.
Avatar f tn because it can cause the same symptoms as having a heart attack. I think that is why people with heartburn end up in the hospital thinking they are having a heart attack. The vagus nerve gets irritated, and triggers signals that cause the symptoms. I have been taking Pindolol and Fludrocortisone as the doctor prescribed, and haven't stopped shaking since I started. I thought I was going to pass out last night over a few hour period, and almost went to the hospital.
Avatar m tn my neck also hurts and back . I do have problems with heartburn ect. I still havent found the cause or diagnosis., but i also have many other issues. Hope you find relief soon.
Avatar f tn Dehydration can cause lightheadedness, as you may already be well aware, because the blood pressure can drop with standing. Also, have you made sure with a blood iron panel that you are not iron deficient? Have you done an event holter monitor regarding the strange heart beat feeling for the doctor to try to determine the nature of the heartbeat yet? I never really thought about whether or not my feet were sweating when I sweat at night...
Avatar m tn In fact I almost had to go to the emergency room because of the lightheadedness as I felt like I might pass out. Would you agree with his comments? I have an appointment with him this week to determine next course of action.
Avatar n tn YOU see, the cardio I saw immediately ordered a nuke stress for my symptoms which are just chest pain not worse with exercise, and attacks of lightheadedness, chest burning (not heartburn) and a stinging in my left shoulder.... I was wondering if I could "bypass" (no pun intended) the nuke test and just get a CTA to settle the score?

Avatar m tn I have been experiencing lightheadedness, very light that coincide with bm urges. I feel better if I can completly eliminate. My stool is ussualy soft. Along with this from time to time is a pounding heart/pulse, palpitations that my doc says are not the "dangerouse kind". I have had an endoscopy, a colonoscopy, and a 24 hour heart monitor. all normal with the exception of about 10 skipped heart beats per hour.
Avatar m tn I had diarrhea weakness lightheadedness and fatigue. This continued for a few days and the diarrhea started to calm down after a couple of days but the weakness/general fatigue and lightheadedness still persists to this day. My digestive problems do not seem to be going away either, it isnt very much consistant stomach pain but more like small pains around my lower abdomen, and strange stools (I am not going as often as with diarrhea).
Avatar f tn I'm only 17 years old and at a healthy weight, my dad had pain like this but took nexium for a month and his heartburn stopped immediately. His heartburn wasn't a burning feeling either, more a stabbing pain, which he at first thought was a heart attack. I started getting that pain maybe, three years ago, and I get the pain only a few times a year, but when I do, it's pretty bad. Sometimes I can find a cause for it, like spicy food, but sometimes it just seemed completely random.
Avatar f tn I've had a headache for 4 months. And lightheadedness. It is constant. I don't even know what type of headache it is... one doctor said tension, another said migraine. My CT scan came back normal. Finally I just now had an abnormal test: vit D deficient. I'm going to start taking 7000 IU and 500mg magnesium. I really hope this is the answer.
Avatar m tn 220 lbs and I walk about three Miles a day with no problems. However, on occasion I do feel light headed when I finish and I get light headed when I lift weights. Avatar n tn I have been disgnosed with GERD and was wondering if anyone else has any of these symptoms. I have constant burping and what I would call heart skips or flops. I had an ekg and it was normal. I have no heartburn. I do suffer from anxiety and IBS. I burp anytime of the day. It is so annoying and loud. I have been on medicaions but none seem to work.

Avatar n tn DESPERATELY NEED HELP! My husband, who is 29 yrs old, has been experiencing the following symptoms for over a year now. He frequently has spells of lightheadness with difficulty "focusing"; usually occurs while driving, sitting in front of computer or emailing on phone. In addition to this, he also experiences, what he refers to, as "a drunken state." He says it feels like he is drunk, as if his reaction time, while driving, is slowed.
Avatar f tn Have had long term lightheadedness feelings. Havent been able to drive in main traffic now for couple of years because of it. Drive locally at lower speeds, eg down to local shop. This all started 9 years ago. It used to come for a couple of days then disapear again. Then over time it got more frequent, with longer periods, say a week or two. Then disapear. A couple of years ago I had a panic attack because it came on at an intersection, the lightheadedness, quite bad.
Avatar f tn I have been having drowsiness since past 4 months, sometimes with and without nausea. I have got my MRI of the brain, certain blood tests which were normal. one of the doctors diagnosed is as muscle spasm but i am so confused whats going on. please help me! Thanks!
Avatar f tn I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism last February. It all started out with being very light headed which lead me into panic attacks, and then into lack of emotions/disconnected from the world, because my doctor put me on celexa (to treat anxiety) before realizing it was my thyroid. My lightheadedness went away for awhile, but it's come back the past few months, and is really frustrating me.
Avatar n tn Currently I do not have any cold/cough but this lightheadedness continious. I must admit it has reduced a bit since I started the medication fr the last 3 days.
