t have the pill but drank the liquid, I too was pretty sick for a couple of days, had pretty high dose though so it depends, I have talked to others whose dose was smaller and they had the oral or injection and said other than heartburn it was fine. A lot depends on the dose but plan on heartburn and it can be pretty intense. 2nd and 3rd days were my worst, keep hard mint candy in your mouth and gingerale to help with the vomiting.

Massive amounts of heartburn, bad indigestion, throwing up at times ( no blood ) and also always has gas 90 percent of the day. He followed up with his doctor on this and I do not think they did the right thing by giving him Nexium.
