I am having the same symptoms. Heartburn, back pain, lightheaded and neausea, I also had lots of belching but I do that to try and stop the neausea. I took my blood pressure and it was 146/91 and BPM was 86, my normal is about 110/66 and BPM is about 65 to 70. I had Reflux surgery 15 years ago and have not had heartburn since, until last night. Symptoms have gone away since the middle of the night. History of my family.

I think if i am having some heart disease because sometimes i experience shortness of breath, heartburn accompanied by anxiety. During the depression i felt fluttering in my chest and restlessness that is why i think so. hiya heartburn can affect you in different ways so it may just be that and maybe over the counter remedies are not working because it is too strong go to your doctor who can maybe give you some stronger medication to help with the symptoms your having. good luck hope you get it all sorted.

I started getting severe chest pain and went to family dr for heartburn meds as I thought I heartburn. He asked me to describle symptoms.
