i would try not taking anything tbh, take a painkiller if its bad but cold remedies arnt good for you, drink lots of water and it will flush the infection out.
Well, I never had any problem with heartburn - especially severe heartburn and when I started treatment I took the riba at a different time than the PSI to see which was the culprit. It was definitely the PSI. My study doctor said that she had a few others with that complaint and also put them on prilosec. You are right, though - it doesn't seem to happen to everyone. I am in contact with a few others on the same trial and they don't seem to have a problem.
Wow, you're lucky. Lol, if I tried eating that I'd get heartburn.. And my heartburn is horrible To begin with & my feet swell up badly anyway. Lol.

Its fine with my first pregnancy there wasn't enough tapatio in the world to satisfy my craving for spicy foods. I even ate jalapeños...and before that I was someone that couldn't eat hot cheetos because they would make me choke!

Zantac is great for a 12 hr fix when sypmtoms start, but Prilosec is also safe during pregnancy & prevents symptoms from even starting. My doctor put me on once daily Prilosec in the morning on an empty stomach & I haven't had one bout of heartburn in 5 weeks.Check it out & see if it's something for you.

Hi I am 35weeks pregnant and I have really bad heartburn at night time and every time I eat I feel so full that I can barely even move. I feel the baby moving really low in my pelvic area where I haven't felt him move since the beginning of my pregnancy. I toss and turn all night. Are any of these signs that I could have the baby early or is there anyway to tell?
Is it safe to take Prevacid 24 hr. for heartburn if you are on a beta blocker, Atenolol? I am asking for my daughter who is 28 yrs. old.
if what you asking is "could this be due to pregnancy" it's unlikely. heartburn in pregnancy is due to a number of things one being the size pf the pregnant uterus pushing the stomach and causing reflux. Also higher levels of progesterone during pregnancy cause acid reflux to occur. I feel this is too early to be pregnancy related. good luck.
Although they may not work for very long periods of time but your OB can recommend a medication that better suits your pregnancy. I had horrible heartburn in my last pregnancy, I would literally choke on pure acid (very gross, I know!) But after I delivered..I had sudden abdominal pain. I ended up having severe gallbladder stones and had my gallbladder removed the next day.

I have heartburn everyday everytume I eat I feel like I'm drowning and sometimes at night I throw up in my mouth.

I carried high with him and gained 43 lbs. With this pregnancy, im having a girl. Heartburn is horrible, carrying really low, i am 27 weeks and have already gained 27 lbs. My cervix is shortening, placenta was low lying, but moved up. I have had swollen legs, feet, and face. A lot of pressure and feel tired a lot. I think it has to do with the fact that mine are 7 yrs apart though.
Not so sure about that....With my first baby i had no heartburn at all..(he didn't come out hairy)..but now with this pregnancy I've been having a lot of heartburn, it's so annoying i hate it.....
