I am thinking this is just a bout of heartburn, though I have never had it or known "what heartburn was like". I just took my medication with milk and nothing is really going on. Perhaps it is the food I am eating that is causing the heartburn. The next time this pain happens, for fun I am going to try an ant-acid tablet to see if it truly is heartburn.

Do I have GERD or is it something else? Ive read about it and nausea isnt a symptom in most cases. The nausea is the main thing thats troubling me. Thanks.

Sjogren's or something else? I have been suffering with dibilitating symptoms since beginning Nov, 2012 after having impetigo. All blood tests are negative except weakly positive for sjogren's.

Is this a food intolerance like wheat or lactose, or just heart burn/ GERD or something else? I have been eating fairly healthy and am not overweight. I am tired of feeling this way, help!

two years i had my first panic attack after a night of heavy intoxication with a bunch of friends. at the time i was a very very overweight heavy smoker and drinker. i lived an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. over the next year it got extremely worse, i started going to sleep every night with an extremely heavy head, facial tingling dizziness, hearing my heart thumping in my chest, chronic heartburn, trouble breathing, tinnitus, sweating feeling sick etc.

I have had some heartburn but not the same feeling as you that something is in my throat... Mostly just a heartburn feeling at night right when going to bed. I have found that for me eating oatmeal or high fiber cereal every morning helps with the digestion.

Luckyy, my doctor hasnt even offered anything for my heartburn or anything else. It *****.
