heartburn left arm pain

reaching for a cup of tea on the coffee table. I sent my midwife a txt asking her if this is normal but no reply yet im not sure whether or not i should go to doctors though or just leave it. anyone else experience this?

Greetings everybody, I'm a 27 year old male (not overweight, healthy), ever since I could remember back in grade school I would get this sudden sharp pain every once in a while. The pain is in the left chest area (heart area). I've always thought of it as occasional heart burn and for the first time in a while I got it again today. Let me describe today's incident as it is pretty similar to all other incidents I can remember.

Last night it happened again, after supper, but this time the pain also went into my left arm down to my elbow. I took the Pepto as before, then started thinking maybe heart? And I knew if I took aspirin it would help the arm pain anyway, so I took two. After awhile I took Tums to stop the heartburn. I felt better after awhile. What could it be? Could it actually be heart-related, or is it just that I'm eating greasy food? Also, I do have a PEG tube I've had since surgery in May.

Any jaw pain? Left arm pain ? Neck pain? Those are other signs for a heart attack... I know this sounds funny but it sounds like gastritis/indigestion:) He could try to take a prilosec ... or other heartburn indigestion medication :) good luck!

What type of surgery are you going to have? I disagree with RedStar partially. Acid Reflux can mimic Angina, as it can cause chest pain, but it doesn't cause the left arm and hand pain that Angina causes. I'm a veteran of Angina issues and also have had life-long GERD issues. My sister in law is a Naturopath so I tried the digestive enzyme supplements with great expectations of success, but I crashed and burned, so to speak.

from last month or more than that i have been feeling burning sensation in the upper left quadrant , epigastrium , in axilla and pain in left shoulder , spine of scapula , in left arm ! My resting pulse rate is more than 100 .. it ranges between 100 to 125 .. My systolic pressure in normal and diasolic pressur is incresed above 80 ! and sometimes having fever sometime not also having headache mostly all the time and also suffering from insomia ..is any diagnosis ?

It only lasts for a short time but it is starting to worry me. I also have occasional left upper arm pain. Does this sound like heart attack symptoms? I have been put on a prescription for beta blocker and given nitro spray, had an ecg, chest xray and blood tests but still waiting for results.

Well, I'll start out saying that I'm only 21, not a smoker, and not obese, so I know it might sound totally silly that I'm getting worried about a heart attack. heart attacks in women present different to men. Butyou can experience pain in left arm, feels like a truck on your chest as well. Also excessive sweats. Try to get rid of heart burn first and if it continues then go to ER.. not L&D.

I need to know what could cause sever pain on a man's left side around the area where our (females), left overy would be? Its low and it doubles you over and you can't be still or get comfortabel in any way. Please somebody give me some ideas as this has happened twice in one week.

I get pain under both breast sometimes in the middle of the night on the top of my left breast and the middle of my chest??? weird! I also get unexplained leg and arm pain with this and if it gets real bad I get muscle aches that make me feel I have suddenly came on with the flu. Please any information will help me at this point. What i can suggest is that you write down is 1) what have you been doing/eating/ emotionally feeling before the pain started 2) give a descriptiopn of your symptoms, grade the pain from 1-10, note down any breathlessness, nausea, sweating, pale skin/lips, dizziness, note down where the pain raidiates to - is itjust your left arm, or is it your back or your jaw etc..

ve been experiencing chest discomfort, and a pain in my left arm that ranges from dull to sharp. The pain and discomfort also comes and goes. I have also been belching a lot lately (normally, i hardly ever do). The pain and discomfort get worse when I eat. Be concern about your chest pain plus numbness of left arm. sometimes heartburn is also a symptoms of heart disease(ischemic).better see physician for that condition.

s not,all kinds of pains and aches,but I been having pain under right arm I know they used my mamory gland but it was left side..anyone else with this...I have a 3 month old and I'm literally scared to death....depressed this is a grey area..

anxiety issues ( got off Celexa about a month ago), random jabs of pain in my left upper shoulder blade/neck area, very upper back.
