Did your LMP match up with the date of the babies?? Some women lose a twin in early pregnancy and can have a completely normal pregnancy with the other twin. It can really go either way, you can request another scan in a few weeks and see if anything has changed with your babies, hopefully still growing!! Good luck!

, I feel so guilty when I get these hormone surges because if you would of asked me in the midst of either of my miscarriages about having my next pregnancy be this way I would of said yes in a heartbeat. And I know I am just being selfish right now but I am so ready to have my body back, I think I am most ready to start the next phase - I want to see what they will look like, want to take them home and be a real family again at my own house.

t actually indicate a twin pregnancy. Singleton pregnancies can have high levels as well. Only ultrasound will tell you.

Cramping can be normal in early pregnancy. If you're having severe pain on one side and/or bleeding then it warrants another visit to the hospital. At five weeks not much can be seen on an ultrasound. You need to make an appt with an OB or midwife and explain you may be having an ectopic pregnancy.

Yeah if u wont heartburn lol grabs heartburn pills I wouldn't indulge in it alot because heartburn is b**tch but ur early I didn't start to get heartburn till about 23wks

if what you asking is "could this be due to pregnancy" it's unlikely. heartburn in pregnancy is due to a number of things one being the size pf the pregnant uterus pushing the stomach and causing reflux. Also higher levels of progesterone during pregnancy cause acid reflux to occur. I feel this is too early to be pregnancy related. good luck.

I am in my early stages of pregnancy with a single baby. I have a set of twin boy girl who are 5yrs 2mnths and I had the easiest pregnancy. My progesterone levels tested at 19 two weeks ago but when I tested again a week later it was 15. They doctor has told me I will most likely have a miscarriage because of this? Anyone gone through something similar? I am so sad at the thought of losing this baby. Should I start progesterone gel injections? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My boy vs girl pregnancy has been polar opposite, my son I got sick in my 2nd trimester, I was always crampy, gained a ton of weight, very, very tired, this baby I haven't felt anything but heartburn! I agree with boy24, I don't think it means anything, all pregnancies are different, but mine were very opposite!

I'm 9 weeks 5 days and I'm getting heartburn and lower back pain. More an uncomfortable tightness right around my tailbone than pain but yeah. Isn't it too early for these symptoms??
