ve been really lucky, no morning sickness no heartburn or anything. I was wondering how many of you drink your coffee and not worry about it.
I take it morning and night and I have no more heartburn! Works after one dose. And no side-effects or rebound heartburn like with tums and other meds. Make sure it's the apple cider vinegar with "the mother". It'll say it on the bottle. Hope it helps! They say it helps with blood pressure and blood sugar regulation as well. Added benefits for pregnancy if you ask me!
Milk gives me heartburn :( tums are good and if it's still too bad ur ob can prescribe you nexium that Lil pill does wonders lol
I know i am not the only female who gets severe heartburn! Mine gets so intense my dr had me on zantec everyday but now that i am getting bogger that isnt even helping. So mamas help me.. Did your dr ever recommend something? What can i take? Or do?! Obv i know no fatty foods etc.. Anything else?! Help!
Lifesaver fruit tingles they are a fizzy lollies they react with the acids and settle it im 27 weeks suffer from reflux and heartburn before i was pregs but now have it everyday for hours at a time. Worsed thing lol. Rubbing my chest and belly downwards helps too. Dont know if thats just a calming thing though.

Most of the time acid/heartburn is from the foods you eat plus baby pushes everything up and it causes it too I had heartburn every single day from 5 months till I had my daughter she had a head full of thick long black hair but doesn't mean it's true

Drink milk it always helped me I haven't had heartburn this time thank god. But my nausea is off the charts everyday!!!

Mine didn't. I've had heartburn nearly everyday since I was pregnant with my son 6 years ago. I have gone to the doctor so many times and all they ever do is give me zantac. I am currently 20 weeks and I take 2 pills in the morning and 2 before bed. I have it bad. And if I don't take something for it, I get really bad headaches, nausea and am in horrible pain. Hopefully yours goes away.
Anyone have any cures for heartburn...ive been taking tums for months now and it always worked! But for the past couple of weeks it seems to be failing me! I dont know what else is good for heartburn besides tums! Any suggestions? Or is it gonna stay around until i have the baby? Im 33 weeks and i dont know if i can last another 7 weeks...i dont think i cant last another week with this heartburn!
Im 28 weeks and have constant heartburn. Ive tried extra strength tums, liquid gaviscon and regular gaviscon. Nothing has helped!! Any suggestions on what helps?
