However, it doesn't have much Calcium in it bc non-natural calcium causes cancer during pregnancy according to the vitamin expert at Wholefoods and my husband found that in research as well. To increase Calcium, I drink 2 glass of milk a day and yogurt.

Try to take a Magnesium supplement if you don't wanna take to many tums an over the counter medicines.
