When nothing is working I will take a half teaspoon of baking soda
and follow it with a big glass of water
. I also live by some key rules 1. Eat small meals if I overeat guaranteed heart burn. 2 don't lie down after you eat wait an hour at least, may mean not eating late. 3 figure out and stay away from your triggers mine are fried foods,high sugar content and tomato based sauces. 4. Sleep with your upper body elevated.
