I've heard wonders about <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>baking</span> <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>soda</span>
. Mix a teaspoon, no more than
a teaspoon of it, with about 1 or 2 cups of water, no less than
1 cup. My gma use to do it when she was pregnant and got the tip from my great grandmother who was a midwife almost all her life. Just don't do it more than
once a day. It'll make you burp, but you will feel better
. The baking soda
counteracts with the acids in your stomach making it go away within a short amount of time.
