Biopsy of my small intestine was normal. I feel like I have an upset stomach almost all the time and right after I eat my stomach feels upset, like what I'm eating isn't agreeing with me. This happens no matter what I eat. But then about 1.5-2 hours after I eat I start feeling kind of nauseous. I have NOT thrown up at all, not during or after the infection. Does gastritis cause that feeling of nausea that long after eating? Or is something more serious, like gastroparesis, going on?

The stomach symptoms are likely reflux (bad heartburn).
It really depends on the TSH level -- if it is borderline high (? >3) - then T4 is often used. But sometimes with high antibodies, the thyroid can be borderline overactive (ie lowish TSH) and adding T4 may be inappropriate.
When you are stressed more acid builds in your stomach which then causes heartburn. I feel the same way and pop a tums and that relieves my worry and the heartburn. But if it keeps getting worse definitely have some further testing. I never had heartburn until a few months ago when I first started having panic/anxiety attacks so I'm sure it related. I've had an upset stomach, heartburn for over 3 weeks. Its not sever, just enought to be uncomfortable.
I just recently, like last couple days started getting nauseous, my stomach feels really upset for hours after and heartburn after eating dinner. I usually eat breakfast, a couple small snacks, then lunch, couple small snacks, and then dinner. And that's when it strikes. Did anyone else experience this?
Depression and anxiety can cause all sorts of physical symptoms in my experience with it. I often get an upset stomach, headaches, and various aches and pains when I am under a lot of stress or depressed. Depression can be physically exhausting. Do you have access to counseling? You have visited your doctor, which is a good thing, however why not see someone that can help you with the depression and anxiety?
ive been having the same thing and I don't wanna take medicines for it..
Stomach upset started on 13th day. The state of stool was between normal and watery.
On 31-01-2014(20th day), the stool was completely watery like diarrhea. The urge to go was also uncontrollable like diarrhea that time.
From the next day to till now, the stool is between normal and watery state.

I am having stomach pain also. The stomach pain comes and goes.
During the time pain occurred, it was high during 26-01-2014(15th day). But later the pain became very mild.
