As long as you are more or less having daily bowel movements, not to worry so much. But keep an eye on your temperature... if it goes up to, say, 102, go see a doctor as soon as possible or the ER, and let them check you out right away, because that is a sign of infection, which can really bring you down quick. I have a relative who had the same operation as you, and he did not have vomiting, so I'm a little concerned about your situation.
