I have been getting worse since April and last month, my blood pressure was 189/105 which has never happened and I have started to run a low-grade fever again.. I am on medicine for my pressure. Now, you did not say if you have children or not but use them as a reason to live. My brother who also had a heart attack and then angioplasty said he looked upon what happened as a second chance. I have the smoothing recipe I've made since my kids were little but am branching out. Recipes? Thoughts? I'm going to try some new ones and I'll post them. Smoothies are a good way to get the 'good stuff' we need easily.
Avatar n tn There are recipes galore on the internet. I mainly stick to the heart healthy and liver healthy recipes. It is a bit more expensive, but I have lost almost 20 lbs. in less than 3 weeks. This is not water weight either! I have cut out all sugar, salt, dairy, wheat, cocoa, and caffeine out of my diet. I also take quite a few supplements as well for for my hep c; which include milk thistle, MSM, saw palmetto, vitamin C, shark cartilage, and others.
