You could have had a minor heart attack and/or there can be some blockage of the heart vessels that feed into the suptum. No pericardial effusion indicates the area between the heart muscle and pericardial sac (outer lining) is normal and free of any leakage..

What is the ejection fraction (EF) of your left ventricle (calculation s/b included with stress test report)?. Any congenital heart structure anomolies? Prior heart attack? Any diagnosed blockage of vessels?

I get heart palpitations (pounding or fast heartbeat) when I'm having an anxiety or panic attack but more recently I've been having chest pain after the attack is over. Never during the attack but when it's done my chest hurts right where my heart is located. Yesterday evening I thought I was having a heart attack. I was out walking the dog when I had knife like pains in my heart and couldn't breathe in and out without making it worse. Last month I went to the hospital for a severe soar throat and chest pain. As to my surprise the EKG results were pretty shoking to the doctors due to my age (28). Hi I have a question about Grill Brick ingestion. I opened a new grill brick from its plastic cover next to the grill and table where the bread and buns are cut. Some of the grill brick dust/small particles fell from the plastic on the table and possibly on the grill. If some of the particles from the grill brick got on the food like bread/bun or a burger and someone ingested those particles/grill brick dust would they be ok?

2 1/2 months ago my LAD was 100 % blocked i had a massive heart attack then,but they also went in and cleaned out my stents and the blockage,a few days ago im back in the hospital with the LAD blocked 50 %,and this time got a blood clot in my heart also.they told me if it blocks up again i also will need bypass surgery.my brother had bypass 5 years ago,ad hes doing alot better than i am,the stents do get blocked fairly quickly sometimes,its just a chance you take.

What you are describing sounds alot like what my sons had. At one point he thought he was having a heart attack and couldn't move. Once he was able to move I took him to the emergency room. We found out he has acid reflux. He was around 19 yrs of age when this first happened. Please check with your doctor.
