healthy we need those treacherous recipes sometime s but not all the time, heres one of the Brits ...for special occasions,,,,, English trifle...you can actually have a healthy one or an 'unhealthy' one, Melt down 2 packets Jello, add some fresh fruit, sponge cake and a few crushed wallnuts, rum( optional) into the fridge to set, out of the fridge... spread on Custard /Flan then whipped thick cream/coolwhip...Topping ,chuck some blue berries/strawberries on top.
