My birthday is pretty soon and my family wants to take me to a restaurant to celebrate. But Im afaid I might have a panic attack their in front of all those people. Also with anxiety I fear of choking on food so its going to be really hard eating. What should I do? Any advise?......
I would say wait a little and say something after you are about to show. UNLESSyou are in a work environment where people need to know for yours and baby's safety. For example, I am pregnant with me 2nd and I work in a pharmacy as a technician. My coworkers need to know because there are some drugs I can't handle for baby's safety. I'm only 8 weeks and they knew about 3 weeks ago. Just to take precautions!
On 3 occasions over the period of about 3 months I have had incidents where a large portion of my vision went white. The first time it happened I bent over (inside) and when I raised up there was a white area. When this occurs it affects both eyes. With the 2nd time was about 3 weeks ago, I was driving which caused me to pull over. The last was yesterday in a restaurant. With the 2nd & 3rd time there was bright sunlight and I may have caught a bright reflection.
My husband has growing concern that our 9 year old (almost 10) is not acting appropriately at restaurants. He tries to make others at the table laugh by putting salt and pepper in his drink. Last night while out to dinner, he poured cheese on his mussels. He made an inappropriate joke about smelly people and removed himself several times from the table to go look at a poker machine that the restaurant had.
If you have a burger, order it with lettuce, tomato and other veggies you might like, then remove the bun, or at least 1/2 of it and eat the meat and veggies with a fork.
You can opt for restaurants with salad bar, or those that provide a good sized salad with each meal and load up on salad before your meal comes, so you aren't so hungry. Be sure to use a low cal dressing, vinegar, lemon juice, etc.
Make sure you drink water or unsweetened tea or coffee vs sodas.
I recently was out at a public restaurant and I after eating got severely mauseous and fainted. I have lupus and sjogrens .I am now being treated for a clot near the retina from the sjogrens. Is vagus visceral related to this? The reason why asking is if the vagus nerve has to do with digestion as it does control digestion from the brain to the intestines is this also because of lack of blood flow related to sjogrens.
this is kind of gross, i was eating at a fastfood restaurant lastnight and my burger ended up being undercooked..i woke up at 6am and have had liquid like diareah all day, i got sick at 8am and ive been having to go to the bathroom first every 15min then every half hour..now its died down its about 6pm now but im scared to go to the washroom again cause it hurts kinda burns now..does anyone know how to soothe this so it doesnt hurt..i cried the last time i tried to go to the bathroom.

My 8 year old son was diagnosed with ADD over a year ago, and prescribed Concerta. His mother and I are divorced. I learned that she is giving him Melatonin at night to 'help him sleep'. This was not prescribed by the pediatrician; it is over-the-counter. I do not give him any sleep aids when he is with me. He has no sleep issues in my home. He falls asleep within 15 minutes of being put to bed.
They have those policies for a reason it's for your safety and your babies safety...
I am too. Whenever we go, and we're done I always get my daughters left over fries and my hubby's. Then refill my large cup and ask for ranch. Theeeennnn we can leave lol. I have my own little routine.
my husband says i take spells of pointing my finger out and i move head up and down with mouth opening and shutting and lasts he says 2 to 3 mins.also my eyes r in a stare after i get over it i dont remember doing this.well i didnt think i done this i argue he was crazy.well while having dinner with 4 other people i did this all wittness it.so maybe iam.whats weird is i do same movements everytime i take the spells. iam scared what could this be??please help me know ty..
usually the transfer comes from having contact or exposure with infected person through there mucus membranes, genitals, blood.. and other body secretions but except the tears, sweat and saliva..
one thing that can lessen having STD is using condoms,
though it only lessen the possibility but they can acquire it also if they tried to have oral sex.
the only thing that can prevent having STD is having a monogamous relationship. not trying to have sex with other person you didn't know.
I am happy that you have not had any reactions after a year, and I hope that my daughter will be the same. I am more aware that you have to take your and your families health in your own hands and research everything before allowing them to inject them/you with something that has not had a lot of studying. wow I am also on the methadone program and I have been 2 plus yrs now. I am at 95 mg daily and I have bff at 120 N ANOTHER FRIEND at 90 well the one at 90mg after year got tried of dealing with and an thought I am done who needs this so she stopped going and first day was so but by day 3 at 90mg she was ready to freak out she called the clinic and they told her that it was a very bad ideal for her to do that and at that lvl she would need to be brought down safely to 30mg and under.
