Eat what you want unless your Dr has given you restrictions because of your health. Just try and make sure that you include a fruit/veggie. I usually do a fruitvor veggie snack in the morning and a salty snack or "unhealthy" snack after lunch. Its worked out for me.

Can anyone give me any tips for working? I work at McDonalds and still have to do heavy lifting and do just as much work as everyone else.. I also don't get to pee when I need to which is painful. Any tips on how I can get them to go a bit easier on me without people thinking I'm receiving special treatment?

my wid wife said i had to stay away from meats like that because they have a bunch of bacteria and it harms the baby. how man of you eat mcdonalds or eat fast food and are fine? i really want it so bad guys lol.

I've been craving McDonald's for the past 2 weeks and I haven't given in because I knowwwww how unhealthy the food is. But again today I am craving very bad for it!! Is fast food totally out ?? (McDonald's in particular because I just want a big Mac) help.

t imagine any diet that would recommend anything at McDonalds, as nothing there is healthy or easily digested no matter what the amount of calories are. Digestibility is as or more important than calories, and health is above all other issues.

It's fine I eat pretty packed salads and lunch meat. Never had a problem, never been told by any medical professional not to. In fact I didn't know it was a "problem" until I joined this forum. Been through 2 other pregnancies and never had and problem.

i know right now im being a brat and a cry baby but i gave my brother money to get me mcdonalds and money for gas. i cannot drive at night because i dont have my glasses and cant see good. im not risking my life right now especially because i am pregnant. so i gave him 20 bucks for gas. and 40 for mcdonalds because im craving it. so he comes back with pizza and his friends. he said he got pizza because its enough for everyone to eat. i did not want that.

I read a thing that a mcdonalds employee said in a magazine article that they do not properly clean the frap machines and none of the employees are properly trained on keeping them sanitary. That they're full of left over crud from weeks of not being cleaned at a time!

My 8 year old son was diagnosed with ADD over a year ago, and prescribed Concerta. His mother and I are divorced. I learned that she is giving him Melatonin at night to 'help him sleep'. This was not prescribed by the pediatrician; it is over-the-counter. I do not give him any sleep aids when he is with me. He has no sleep issues in my home. He falls asleep within 15 minutes of being put to bed.

I have four kids with one on the way and with my first child I was working at McDonalds and I had that mentality I was eating for two. I blew up but I was able to stop myself along the way before it got out of hand. I hope this was helpful and congrats on a healthy baby....

my husband says i take spells of pointing my finger out and i move head up and down with mouth opening and shutting and lasts he says 2 to 3 mins.also my eyes r in a stare after i get over it i dont remember doing this.well i didnt think i done this i argue he was crazy.well while having dinner with 4 other people i did this all wittness it.so maybe iam.whats weird is i do same movements everytime i take the spells. iam scared what could this be??please help me know ty..

usually the transfer comes from having contact or exposure with infected person through there mucus membranes, genitals, blood.. and other body secretions but except the tears, sweat and saliva.. one thing that can lessen having STD is using condoms, though it only lessen the possibility but they can acquire it also if they tried to have oral sex. the only thing that can prevent having STD is having a monogamous relationship. not trying to have sex with other person you didn't know.

I am happy that you have not had any reactions after a year, and I hope that my daughter will be the same. I am more aware that you have to take your and your families health in your own hands and research everything before allowing them to inject them/you with something that has not had a lot of studying.
