This time it was 3 weeks with nothing coming out so i took miralax for a couple days and then had a lot of diarreha so i stopped the miralax and 2 days layer every morning i wld go to the bathroom but it wld be long very thin or flat ribbon like. I still feel bloated and uncomfortable. Im so scared about the ribbon stool because everything online says cancer or blockage. Im a 38 yr old female. Also i started the miralax again last night but havent went to the bathroom yet.
I would love to purchase a Chiari Ribbon...like the Cancer Ribbon....but I don't know where to purchase them at....If anyone knows let me know...
can anyone tell me what is the cause of that feeling on my neck and head?. my neck is hurting while working on it or if i talk on the phone i suffer with neck and should pain and a headache usually. also seems like i feel worse when i go to bed. i am scared that i might go pharylized(sp). any comments?
However, I have noticted more ribbon like stools, constipation, and diarrhea off and on for the last 6 months. I changed my diet but have noticted that nothing has gotten better. I have lost some weight but don't know if it's due to stress. They already ruled out gynelogical reasons. I'm going to see my PCP tomorrow about this issue, but she didn't seem concerned about it last month.
t have abdominal pain or blood in my stool aswell as none on the toilet paper so what could this be I am a worry wart and my worst fear is getting cancer is this an early stage of colon cancer or prostate cancer if anyone has any info I'm sure it would help oh one more thing sometimes i find my poo has little white type fibers on the ends is it related ?
I have a hard, non-tender lump on the right side of the back of my head down towards my neck. I noticed it in undergrad (4 years ago) and they took blood work. The NP said that my white count (i think) was slightly elevated, and that i probably had a virus lingering around, which would explain the swollen lymph node on the back of my head. It has never gone away. It has been there at least 4 years now. I have lately been SUPER fatigued.
Thin, or ribbon like, stools are usually indicative of some sort of obstructive issue within the colon, or within the abdominal cavity pressing on the wall of the colon, therefore obstructing passage of normal sized, or normal shaped stool. If it is also accompanied by blood, of ANY quantity or color, SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY!

I was prescribed anti-depressents which calmed me but the headaches continued. I was then sent for a MRI head and neck scan without dye which came back clear. I have also had a ct scan of bowel and several other tests which again have been ok. I am now feeling sick but my GP will not send me for any more tests. Lymph nodes enlarge when there is an infection. The head and neck area have an extensive network of lymph nodes. These lymph nodes function like a filter, and thus increase in size in the presence of infection to filter out organisms. Even with treatment, some lymph nodes remain enlarged. A recurrent infection would further increase the size of the lymph node.
However, there are other conditions that can present with lymph node enlargement. Head and neck malignancy is an example.

I feel the same way. I got some babyfood jars and am going to put a ribbon around them and put like 3 fake flowers in them thats matching my color skem. Amma have 2 spread out on each table and also a lil confetti on the table.
