I had sex about a week and a half ago and think I'm pregnant. is it too soon to take a test?

As long as you're slowly progressing you can dialate whenever.. You don't want to suddenly be really dialate dearly but cm by cm weekly is fine.. Question-what's considered severe abdominal pain?

Yes it's a little early for symptoms, but I guess it wouldn't be the craziest thing that's happened! Implantation can happen 6-12 days past unprotected sex during ovulation time, after that is when you'd start getting symptoms! Good luck!

You can be dilated at 1 cm early, this does not mean you're having the baby early. I was dilated at 1 cm from 36 weeks up til 40 1/2 weeks.
