Is having sex during pregnancy bad. I heard it is actuclly good. I had sex two days ago and had a pink discharge. It was only that day but it wasnt the entire day just after sex. I havent seen it again so I am not as worried but just to be in the safe side.
It doesn't sound to me as though you are pregnant, although I have an aunt that bled as if having a period for the first 4 months or so of her pregnancy. You may want to see an ob/gyn for an exam and blood tests just in case.
My girlfriend started her period the day we had sex. The condom started to slip and i dont think i actually came inside her but we are afraid maybe precum could have gotten her pregnant.
While it is possible to become pregnant during a period, it is rare and I your period wouldn't just stop sooner. Sounds like you're just having a strange period, not pregnancy-related.
hi, last month i had sex during my period most of the time, the first day of last period was 30th july. I am now getting tummy cramps and light spotting. I have felt fatigued for the past week but im putting that down to the major heatwave here in London. It is possible to get pregnant while on your period though.
Having a period means you are shedding the lining of your uterus. So I would say, it's not normal nor possible. Some bleeding can be considered within normal limits and so can some types of cramps. If you feel like this is a REAL period, and the bleeding and cramping are plentiful, I would suggest contacting your OB for a check. How far along are you?
It is doubtful that sperm would have stopped your period. When people get pregnant from having intercourse during their period, what typically happens is the deposited sperm are able to survive for a few days (up to about 5 days I believe) if the environment isn't too hostile. During that time, the women ovulates and fertilization occurs. Have you thought about taking the Plan B pill?
i think she was starting to doubt the relationship , cause on her first go around her x an her had sex all the time an yes she had a boy but she was never sick....here lately every time we were together we bickered all the time ... i have never felt so low n my life ... so i started reading up on this an i told her an showed her some comments you guys have made about not being sexually attracted . ..
Your First Visit Your should call and schedule your first examination during the first 6 to 8 weeks of your pregnancy, or when your menstrual period is 2 to 4 weeks late. Doing so now helps your health care provider estimate the duration of your pregnancy and predict your delivery date. During your first visit, you can expect to have a full physical, including a pelvic and rectal examination.
we have done sex without protection for the first time 9 days ago but sperm dose not fall over vagina. blood came out during sex time . its time for my girlfriend's period but now its not happening . is she pregnant or it will take time for period ?
so I would stick with Majikat's recommendations of having sex from cycle day 12 to cycle day 19 just to make sure you cover your ovulation period, however bear in mind that you will be releasing an egg closer to day 16 than day 14. your weight should have no effect on the semen leaking out of you..it's fairly normal, and during certain parts of a woman's cycle her cervix will be most closed which will in turn push more semen back out of the vagina instead of up into the uterus. However...
me and my friend had a sex last day and that was unprotected and during her period . she took pill but her period stopped . is this a symptom of pregnancy ? i'm very tensed .
Having sex during your period is perfectly fine - and I'm sure its been proven that it doesn't actually have any effect on the cycle. I actually find sex on a period eases cramps anyway, and it doesnt have to be gross if you keep yourself clean - use a towel and have wet wipes nearby so you can clean yourself up thoroughly. Also, you can get pregnant while on your period, though I think it's uncommon.
After that, if it comes out positive, you can examine your options. If it's negative, you can wait and see if her period comes next month, or go to a doctor if you're worried or she starts having pregnancy symptoms.
i had sex without birth control of any kind and my period ended right after sex is it a good possibilty that i would get pregnant?
i hope you find something to ease her mind or find something to help her period.. maybe you should go to the dr together and see what he/she may have in mind other than birth control... or go to a family planning or health centre, i know you can get birth control there less expensive and without paps...try and find out it would be interesting to know and could help your daughter if the dr has no other options...
I had unprotected sex the few days after my period was done and now I have been experiencing bleeding during sex and don’t know what its from. It doesn’t hurt but there is slight bleeding and I was wondering if it was due to pregnancy, like spotting or something. Anyway I have a doctor appt on Friday but I was just wondering if anyone had any advise/answer.
I have been having a lot of sex as expected when its a new relationship, then one day i noticed i was bleeding, not my period time, so stopped having sex for a few days then when we tried again i bled again...
I began experiencing bleeding during sex a few months prior to me not having sex for 7 yrs. Now that I recently got married and sexually active, it is happening again. I had a pap and it came back clear. I have had two exams by two different doctors...and both had different ideas of what was going on. This latest doctor suggested I have a DNC? But no clue what is going on. The other thought it was a result of not having sex and my virgina being so small. Like you, my husband is very gentle.
Had her period since she was maybe 11 or 12. I'm very scared for her, is there anything I can tell her to do while she waits for the gyno apt I made for her? Thanks to all who help.
I'm concerned about the amount that comes out during sex (sometimes more than a cup full) and where it's coming from. The last thing I want is my pleasure to screw up my own pregnancy!
What sexual positions should not be used during pregnancy???? I understand that every woman is different and each individual pregnancy is different, but it still concerns me. I have my NT scan on the 2nd july... just over a week away. I really dont want to loose my baby as I had been trying for over 4 years to get pregnant. sooo frustrating when OB/GYN appointments are sooo expensive and Sydney hospitals tell you to go home...
The only suggestions I have had, from 2 Dr.'s, was be more careful if having sex during the womans period. And it was stressed that chance is small...... his penis (polite word here, right??) get's a cut during sex, than having sex with her during menses. Other than that...... wasn't even told to use condoms. My partener has not once been concerned and that is because WE got educated fast upon dx. Think I was more worried than him!
I am having the same thing happen to me but its during my period but its not a thick discharge and I'm only spotting as well, I don't know what's wrong, and I have been using the nuvaring.
I want to add that we need to be careful because this post could become offensive not because of the intended persons talked about {teen girls having sex/pregnancy} but there are also parents on this board that have had to deal with this and unless you have walked a mile in those shoes don't point your fingers. You can only 'imagine' if you havent been there. I think the direction is becoming blurred.
I recently had blood work done to check my immune system and the only thing that showed up is that I have an allergy to who knows what, but my symptoms only surface during my period. Last month my doctor prescribed me claritin to take 2days before my period and throughout it and no cold. This month I didn't take anything and sure enough, I have awful cold symptoms again.
But probably what is more common when a woman gets pregnant 'on her period' is that she has sex during her period and the sperm lives a few days and she ovulates a bit early== wa la, pregnant. There is NO safe time to have unprotected sex. There are less fertile times but no time that is guaranteed to be safe.
