You can buy an ovulation kit at your pharmacy. You will have to use it for a few months to make sure when you do ovulate. Several days during that time period you will either have to use some form of birth control, like condoms, or not have sex.

sometimes u can bleed alittle after sex but if it happenin to u all the time and its alot..then u better make a doc app and get checked. But i dont see how a inplant in ur arm about make ur vag bleed..not unless ur having ur period...
