You don’t have to use the brand Robitussin, either, but any expectorant that has guaifenesin as the active ingredient may be used. Make sure there are no other active ingredients, however, because they could make conceiving more difficult. If you are interested in trying Robitussin to help you conceive then the recommended dosage is 200 mg or two teaspoons. This should be taken three times per day orally and is just enough to improve your cervical mucus.

??? My big question is: Why is it that the majority of members did not start having Muscle, joint, hip, and lower back pain until after starting thyroid meds, Levo and Synthroid in particular, Doctors tell you the same old thing "Your pain is not caused by the medication" I really think a connection exists here.
I'm on 25mg/day and will increase by 25mg/week until I reach 100mg. I heard the weightloss effect depends on the dose. So, what dose did everyone here have their success? And what type of diet/eating plan and exercise plan did you do to help it along? I'm desperate to lose 40 lbs (half of which I gained on Zoloft-no longer taking). PLEASE respond if you had any weightloss on this drug, I'm very curious. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
major headache and was then given Steroid (6) day dose. This helped and I too dreaded the 7th day, which I began to feel worse again. So, I call ENT and they told me to have the surgery. I have been too scared of surgery so ENT gave me Alavert D12, and Flonase to take this has made me more dizzy. I am at my wits end, thinking I have some serious illness? I would like to know your status now and if you have had any resolvement?
My doctor increased my dose to 100 mg and we will see how I ovulate this month. Keep the prayers going!!!!!!!!! I will pray for everyone else going through this stressful time.
Actually, I forgot about reading this website 2 weeks after my posting, as up till now I haven't had that awful blocked ears return. I am still taking the 3 types of capsules , at half dose, like maintenance as I do feel good taking them - treating them like Vitamin pills. It's very very expensive but I do not have to boil the herbs as it's all in capsule form- called Tong Ren 103. I don't mind your contacting me through e-mail or vice-versa if the med Help Administrator says it is ok.
also and i know this for a fact as this happened to me march of 2006 when i found out i was pregnant with my one year old i had negative tests on cheap hpt's the cheaper ones only pick up the higher amounts of hcg where as if you pay the extra it picks up from 10 rather than 20ml of hcg it could be that you have a low dose of hcg and it is not picking it up try getting a blood test, if the blood test is negative then put it down to stress.
