Avatar n tn No its not normal. You may have a vaginal infection. Green, foul smell, and itching are all signs of an infection. Those are the main things to look out for. You should see a doctor promptly.

1394098 tn?1385960134 No, this does not sound normal. You should not be having this pain or discharge. Get in to see your Dr to find out what's going on.
Avatar f tn Any ideas of what this could be or what I should do?
Avatar f tn / No itching, no rash, no pain, no discomfort, just the discharge. It goes away while my period comes, and stays away even when my period reduces to just spotting. But within a few days of starting on the new cycle of pills, it pops up again. I'm gonna monitor it for a while again and see my gynae again if needed. Hope this is helpful to anyone reading! Will try to update again if I find out the cause.
Avatar f tn Pale green discharge with occasional itching but no odor. Smells somewhat sour when it dries(yellow). I've always had discharge since I was around 12 years old but I never payed attention to it so idk if it's always been this color. looking at it now, it doesn't look normal. I read this could either be mild BV or severe yeast since most stis have a foul odor. Is this true?
Avatar n tn For about 5-6 months ive been having a noticeable increase in vaginal discharge, it is currently yellow/light green (hardly green though really) - odourless, no itch or burn. I had a swab done last year confirming candida, so was put on thrush treatment, pessaries first. Didnt work, so they put me on a stronger cream, still didnt work, so they put me on TWO courses of fluconazole which didn't even work. I have always had discharge, but its normally been clear, never with a colour.
1626827 tn?1299434776 May be clear or white, thin or thick. It is not odorous and there is no itching. * Abnormal Vaginal Discharge o Yellow or green vaginal discharge is usually from an infection. o A foul-smelling discharge is usually from an infection. o A thick, white, itchy, cottage cheese-like non-odorous discharge is often caused by a yeast infection.
Avatar n tn Did you have any symptoms of a yeast infection or any odor? I have a yellowish-green discharge on most days and I just came back from seeing a specialist and he said it's normal. That most women have an increased amount of discharge during pregnancy & that it could vary in color. He said as long as there is no burning, itching, or pain and since my tests have come back clear..
639543 tn?1297027634 I just found out a few days ago that I'm 5-6 weeks pregnant and I'm having a lot of vaginal discharge..sometimes its greenish, sometimes it's just clear, I've read a lot on it and it all says accompanied by itching or irritation but I don't have either of those, just the green discharge, is that indication of problems still?
Avatar f tn I'm 33 weeks pregnant and I have been having pale green vaginal discharge for months. It's odorless, no itching, no burning or irritation. For all my doctor's visits i do a pee test. I don't know if they test for any STDs or STIs but i haven't gotten a call or received anything in the mail. Plus they did blood work in the beginning of my pregnancy and also i received nothing. I wasn't experiencing this until i hit my 2nd trimester. What could be the problem.?
Avatar f tn I had my baby 5 weeks ago and now I have a yellowish green discharge. Has anyone ever had this? I go to the doctor on Thursday for my after baby checkup. Just kinda wanted to know what to expect her to tell me it is.
Avatar n tn I had a green discharge at the end of my pregnancy and I was checked for infection.
Avatar f tn No other feeling just that when after peeing i saw bits of it..its not that green.. super light green but more whitish..
Avatar m tn HI, The collection of blood and secretions may be the cause of the green discharge. If there are no associated symptoms like itching or burning then removal of the tampon will be sufficient to relieve the discharge. Hope this helps.
8593574 tn?1398970803 I have noticed these past few weeks that I been having a yellowish green discharge. . Its not everyday. But i have noticed it. Is it something to be worried about. Has anybody else had this? Should I call my doctor?
Avatar f tn Green mucous discharge can also be your mucus plug, it can vary in color from white to tan to green, etc. It's different for everyone. I had a lot of green discharge mid pregnancy with my son and I had to go in and get it checked out. Mucus plug can also replenish so it's not necessarily something to worry about unless your losing it in excess. It can also be like nikihans said, an infection, are you having other symptoms of an infection? Burning, itching odor?
Avatar f tn Kind of yellow/brown but when I put it in bright light it looks like it could be green.. I have no itching or smell... I wish I could post a picture of it to show but I was just wondering is yellow discharge could be normal after ovulation? I shined an LED light on it and it looked green, could that be because of the LED light?
Avatar n tn I've had itching, burning and a yellowish-green discharge for about a year now. Last year, my Dr. prescribed Diflucan, and recommended Monistat 3. A few days after I took all of this, it was back. This year, he tested me again and told me it was not a yeast infection. I went to my general dr. and she said it could be somthing dermatological. My question is: can a dermatological issue cause heavier and odd-colored discharge?
Avatar m tn The characteristic symptom of trichomoniasis infection is a heavy, frothy, yellow-green, fishy-smelling discharge from the vagina. The infection can also cause discomfort during sex, vaginal itching, pain when passing urine and occasionally stomach pains. Diagnosis can be confirmed only after pelvic examination and swab samples of the discharge and cervix swabs.Treatment depends on the same.
