Hmmm gets me worried.

if its yellow with green tinge it sounds like an infection possibly uti (urinary tract infection) the only discharge you should be getting at this point is white or clear in colour. green tinge is not a good thing, and the mucus plug isnt green either.

So I'm not really sure what's been going on. I'm 18weeks with my first baby. Two days ago I had a bunch of green discharge. And now I've been having contractions since then. Feeling super dizzy. Spotting a tiny bit. Throwing up. And there's a lot of pressure. I've had a very hard pregnancy so far so I'm not sure if this is something to worry about or not! Help please. I don't want him out yet!

So I went bathroom this morning and had so much green discharge. Is that my mucus plug? After I lose it does it mean I go into labor?

So once every other day or so( if not everyday) I have been having discharge. Sometimes it's clear and sometimes it's a light green color. I don't have any pains and the discharge is slimy looking... Any ideas on what this could be? I'm 33 weeks today...

today I had more discharge but there was blood in it today and I have been cramping today and also had very dark green diarrhea... is labor going to come soon???

If its green you should call your doctor and tell them you're having green discharge. Could be an infection. But might not be. Better safe than sorry.

I am 31 weeks FTM and lately when I wipe there is thick white or green tint goo. Should I be worried? I've tried googling and I don't know if it's just discharge or my mucus plug. I've read if it's my mucus plug then I could go into labor soon. Is that true? I know I'm getting induced a week early because of high blood pressure could this have anything to do with it?

Your mucus plug came out meaning your cervix.may be opening and youcan go into labor soon.

I've been having a llight green discharge that is causing me to itch. My doctor said it's my mucus plug and nothing to worry about. I just got my last pap done and everything came back normal no infection nothing.

Today when i went to the toilet and wiped, there was a pale green/yellow coloured discharge on the tissue (sorry for tmi). I have been seeing the gynaecologist past month for a mild case of genital warts. Ive had 3 sessions of freezing, the last one being thursday. All normal parts of the lovely third trimester. Your body is getting ready for labor though WHEN labor will happen is a mystery. It could be in two days or it could be in two weeks; these signs are not indicative of labor occurring sooner rather than later. And since you are still preterm it would be best for baby to stay in until week 38; many babies born before then wind up in NICU with respiratory complications.

I'm 36 weeks. I've had A TON of clear discharge today. And my mucus plug has already been thinning out, it's been thicker than this clear discharge and it was white and light green I've also been having pain off and on in my groin area. It feels like someone is stressing the tensions in my thighs.

It's normal to have yellowish discharge. However if it keeps turning green and you start to notice a foul smell, contact your doctor. A little green is not a big deal at all! Oh, and stock up on panty-liners. Because that discharge isn't going to let up (you may have a few drier days but for the most part you'll be wet a lot).

have you lost your plug? you could be beginning to lose it if not already. Increased discharge is normal in the late stages of pregnancy, I think I had to wear a pad for the last weeks cause I had nthing but D/C lol, my midwife called it the juices of pregnancy...

Usualy the mucus plug is brownish in color, not yellow or green. Any time you have a yellow or green discharge, it is a sign of infection. Think about, anytime we have a yellow or green discharge from anywhere in our bodies, it's infection. You SHOULD call your Dr ASAP. If you are 39 weeks, it is about time to domino and if you do have infection you might need treatment before birth. One of the other ladies weeks ago had a similar situation and she went into labor just a few days later.

s always good to bring it up to your dr, however with the spotting and discharge I would call immediately, because the green discharge could mean infection. Please call or be seen by a dr soon.

I have had a dark green to light green discharge from both breasts when squeezed for many years. I asked a Dr about it years ago. He told me to stop playing with myself. I was furious! Later, I had breast cancer (not related, I think) and after surgery had a pocket of a copious amount of dark green fluid in my surgical breast. Doctors did not seem to know what it was. Eventually, a slide as done and it turned out to be a protein (not infection).
