Your Free T4 and Free T3 are both quite low and show that you are hypothyroid, even though your TSH indicates you are hyper.
There is no denying that your Free T4 and Free T3 are too low. You are Hypothyroid.
Your TSH may be low because of a pituitary problem or an adrenal problem. It should be high, given your lack of T4/T3 hormones.
It doesn't look like Grave's at all, other than the TBII result.
Could you give a little more background information?
Have you been tested for thyroid antibodies to make sure you do, in fact, have Graves disease and are not simply in a hyper phase of Hashimoto's? Both Graves and Hashimoto's are autoimmune.
While Graves is always connected with hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's is most often connected with hypothyroidism, however it's not uncommon for one to have periods of hyperthyroidism in the beginning stages.
You should ask for thyroid antibody tests.
Graves is an autoimmune disease and unfortunately for life. Controlling whether they raise or suppress is key to beating the symptoms of the disease.
If you are on Levo now - your labs must be abnormal and now lean towards hypoT levels. You would feel like cr@p right now with the swinging patterns you have been on.

I was diagnosed with Graves disease 11 years ago. My endo prescribed Methimazole, which I was allergic to, so he told me he didn't want to prescribe me anything else because sometimes the allergy kills the thyroid. It apparently did, because all of a sudden I was hypo and I had to go on synthroid. Since then, I lost my health insurance and got handled by my PCP instead of the endo (cheaper).
I've just been diagnosed with Graves' Disease. I have autoimmune thyroid disease that has changed from being primary Hashimoto's thyroiditis to Graves's Disease. I was diagnosed in 1997 with Fibromyalgia. I also have severe osteoarthritis, especially in both hands. What am I doing wrong? The doctor told me I'm a very strange case. What's that mean?
Looks like Graves' disease based on the significant elevation in T3 however to confirm this a TSI blood test or I-123 nuclear uptake would be required.
Hello. I'm 36 and I am almost 9 weeks pregnant. I have Graves' disease and had radiation treatment back in 2009. I hadn't been taking my thyroxine constantly for a few months as I was super stressed and now that I am pregnant haven't missed a dose. My thyroid levels are still very high and I'm worried that this will affect my baby's brain development/IQ levels. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I'm scared and worried.

They have removed me off of my medicine one time to see if my Graves disease had went into remission and within two months it came back with TSH levels of 0.003...basically non-existant TSH levels. They put me back on my 10mg Methmazole and within 3 weeks my levels were normal. That is pretty much a health summary of my graves disease for the past five-six years lol.
Has your doctor told you, you have Graves Disease? Yes, your TSH is extremely low and your FT4 is extremely high, indicating that you are hyper, but your antibody tests indicate Hashimoto's. TSI is the definitive test for Graves Disease and I don't see that listed.
Have you been put on antithyroid med?
I was recently diagnosed with Graves' Disease and Hyperthyrodism by a Naturopath. Here is what my blood results showed:

hi i'm a 28 yr old woman and have suffered badly with symptoms from graves disease for 3yrs i've been on propylthiouracil for a year now as i had a severe allergic reaction to carbimazole!
my symptoms include insomnia,severe fatigue,anxiety,bouts of depression,poor concentration,memory loss,bruising easily,dizziness,nausea and graves rage and weakened immune system (sick often). the problem is that i've recently had a blood test that read normal at 5.

So yes have levels checked, I had only TSH checked in Feb of last year, and it came back in normal range, when i had my physical my tsh was 0.00 so they tested T3 and T4 and they were not normal. Good luck, it is a slow process, and i get depressed about it often, it is not a disease with an easy cure, it is a long battle.
I have graves disease, but was in remission. Then I had cancer and chemotherapy. My TSH level is hyper again and my other tests normal. The doctors won't say if chemo can activate your graves disease. They do say that a physical or emotional change to my body can trigger it. My thoughts, Cancer and chemotherapy are big time physical and emotional changes.

You have hyperthyroidism. Most commonly this would be Graves' disease. The ultrasound did not show a nodule that would be "hot". The vascularity on the ultrasound was unremarkable, typically in thyroiditis this is a low. Classically in Graves' disease it is high but this does not exclude Graves' disease. The antibody you've had have been negative but these are nonspecific for Graves' disease.
I was recently diagnosed with Graves disease but my TSI levels seem to be in the normal range. I don't show any physical signs of graves but my TSH and anti-thyroglobulin are out of whack. I started taking 10 mg of methimazole right around the beginning of April 2011 which seem to have brought my TSH level back to normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My mother was diagnosed in her early 40s with graves disease and her thyroid was removed, around the same time she was diagnosed with stage 3-4 colon cancer. I'm aware there are connections between autoimmune diseases and thyroid and intestinal diseases/conditions. As I'm getting older I'm noticing I'm following in the same physiological footsteps my mother did before she was diagnosed.
