Avatar n tn It started after playing golf with new golf shoes. I thought it might be the shoes and since have played with out them and still have the pain. I am flat footed and ware arch supports to minimize tiredness for walking all day. Day after I first felt the pain I had gone to my chiropractor for tightness in my lower and middle back. Since I have had this constant ach, and sharp pain in the heel. Chiropractor has never heard of anyone having foot pain after treatment.

Avatar n tn Good for you still playing tennis. Glasses should be impact resistant (polycarbenate) It's like playing golf. Some very good golfers and tennis players use mutifocal (lineless) and other just use distance and learn to hit a somewhat out of focus ball.

I rested from exercising but the problem only worsened with swollen bursa, a golf ball sized protrusion on the back of the elbow, as well as difficulties to extend my arm fully. The doctor I visited sent me home with a max dose of diclofenac for 2 week.

My other passion is photography.........I can't tell if the photos are out of focus or it's my eye. Stretch the front of your leg in a standing position by bending your knee and raising your foot up toward your backside. Grasp the ankle with your hand to enhance the stretch. Is it because its so slow they find it relaxing? Is it a status thing so they force themselves to play to be part of the IN group? It seems to occur when my toes are pointed for long periods of time as I tend to tense my feet quite hard.
Avatar m tn I have been sore right around both of my gluteus Maximus muscles since December. The muscle is very tight and seems to be restricting the movement of my lower lumbar. It's uncomfortable to sit even for short periods of time as there is a dull pain from my glutes down the back of my legs. I have been to a spinal PT and I temporarily felt better but not much. He focused only on my spine and said my movement was very limited for a 27 year old.

Avatar m tn ve been diligent with my physical therapy and I have full flexibility in the leg. I can bend the leg at the knee and I can fully extend it. I can put weight on the leg and the doctor no longer requires me to wear the surgical boot. I still need to use a cane or crutches to get around. How long does it take for the tibia fracture to fully heal, and is there anything I can do to quicken the healing process on my own other than exercises and physical therapy? Thank you.

Avatar m tn Lol ok ok I get the golf thing. I already told u I'd take the happy Gilmore approach!!! Lol I got a mean swing but can't put for $hit!!! Lol. My boys play good... 15 and 14. They golf low 40,s sometimes high 30's!!! So I'm down to try. As for that feeling so tired crap. Yeah start with black coffee. Then I take a multivitamin for active metabolism. It has caffeine in it. Then I take the amino acid L tyrosine for more energy. I take 1500-2000 mg of it. It does help!!!

I have read that many golfers, tennis players and weight lifters suffer from this kind of injury. The pain is right underneath my right peck and shoots into my back. It happened about a week and a half ago when I felt pain in that area during one of my golf swings.
