He said that was fine.

No they are not safe for the baby and can cause a lot of issues. Bc powder is all I use to take because that is all that helps my head achs but when I found out I was pregnant I quit.

I took the one hour glucose test yesterday and failed it. My level was 165. I didn't eat anything 12 hours before the test and still failed. OK, so I had some suboxone pills in a seperate baggie for traveling.......they ended up getting crushed up a bunch because I forgot I had put them in there, and set things on top of them. 00pm before dinner. Take glucose readings just before meds in am and pm. Currently avg 167 in the am and 114 in the pm. Active during the day but little activity during the evening and night. I have type2, diagnosed about 15 yrs ago. I take insulin and pills. On Jan 1st I made a commitment to lose 30 lbs, my last A1C was 10 and I weighted 240. So I started writing down what I eat, keeping it under 1800 cals and exercising every day or at least 5 days a week. 30 to 45 mins on stationary bike or walking 1 hr or lifting weights. Got the A1C down to 6.9 and dropped 15lbs. Sugars were from 80 to 160 after meals. All good so far.
