glucose
Glucose intolerance is when the body does not utilise the glucose in your body properly and the fasting blood glucose level is above 6.0 mmol/L or your blood glucose level is over 7.8 mmol/L 2 hours after consuming 75g of glucose.
At this stage, with life style changes and exercises, you can still avoid getting diabetes. You could say it is pre diabetes.
The symptoms of glucose intolerance can be those of hyperglycaemia and also tingling sensations.
The back and knee problem may be related to the drug and the body. Glucoseintolerance is really sensitivity towards the glucose-sugar levels. If one actually balance the meals, glucose can be replaced with fibers containing similar materials of glucose such as stuff found in apples and pineapples. Those fruits also can cure your numbness. I hope it helps.

What are your Free T3 and Free T4 levels? Please post them, with reference ranges, which vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report. TSH does not cause or alleviate symptoms. It's the actual thyroid hormones that cause (or alleviate) symptoms, with Free T3 correlating best.
Your A1c indicates that you have diabetes and that's what's causing your symptoms of frequent urination, weight loss, etc. Are you keeping track of your daily fasting blood sugars?
bacterial overgrowth was negative, lactose intolerance was negative but fructose intolerance was positive. My control number was 11 and the end number was 44...I was told anything resulting in +20 (so mine would be 31) is positive.
Okay, so here are my questions...what does the 44 mean (if anything) low intolerance, high intolerance?
I would suggest that you make an appointment to see your doctor and ask if you can have a glucose intolerance test and do a HBA1C blood test. a HBA1C blood test will show the average glucose levels in the blood stream over a period of approximately 3 months.
It may be that you have an insulin intolerance. This means that your pancreas is producing insulin, but this is not being used adequately by your body.
t tell you how grateful I am that my neurologist told me to research about Tyramine Intolerance. This is the food sensitivity range she is talking about--mostly anyway. My vitamin D was severely deficient at one point only a few years ago. I've worked hard on just keeping it from plummeting again, too. The thing about Tyramine Intolerance: It can't be measured. Only you can figure out that you have this by figuring out that these foods trigger your migraines.
I failed the one hour and passed 3 out of the four blood tests they took during the 3 hour. They called it glucoseintolerance and made me go to nutritional counseling. I think a lot of people fail the one hour. Don't stress yet.
My doc ordered a few more tests for me and I'm just trying to figure out what the tests might be looking for. I know they're looking for a lactose and gluten intolerance but not sure about the rest. If anyone knows what some of these are and can shed some light on them thatd be great.
Hi I'm 31 weeks. I've had my glucose intolerance test and came back negative but I am so thirsty at night :-( so much so that I can't sleep. Really struggling. Has anyone else had this and if so how have u combated the problem?
That is to high. Get glucoseintolerance test done. U could be insulin resistance/ pre diabetic control why I still can. I'm 30 last yr found out I'm insulin resistance and have PCOS. My dad his dad and 4 siblings all have diabetes. Good luck to you!
in 2007 I was diagnosed with gastritis. Since then, I have intolerance towards avocados, bananas, strawberries, tomatoes, cantalope and apples. 15 minutes after eating, I have stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting. What's happening?
I started taking Tricor about 6 months ago and since then my fasting glucose has been around 126 and my glucoseintolerance is 178. My A1C has always been around 4.2 and now is 6.8. Are there any other medications out there for lowering triglycerides that wont cause this reaction? Tricor also makes me nausiated.
I agree with what Barb has said. I would also add that the thyroid med is not a likely contributor to the weight gain, if you had questions about that. It is possible that your thyroid hormone levels are not adequate to get your metabolism to the right level for you. If you will please post your thyroid test results, and their reference ranges shown on the lab report, members will be glad to assess the adequacy of your testing and test levels.
