Hi,does anyone know what dose of glucosamine & chondroitin i should give my 7yr old border collie,he is getting very stiff in his hind leg when getting up(old injury when he was 1yr old) but once he gets going he is still as fit & active as ever.

On my way to GNC. What vitamins do I need to get to get through the withdrawl? I am weening down over 2 weeks and my doctor gave me xanex and an antinausea drug. My blood showed low potassium also. I have to be able to funtion for work and family. Cant be in bed sick, not an option.

I was wondering if anybody has had success with meal replacement shakes? I've been looking at the GNC lable "LEAN" and 2 scoops of the powder has 180 calories/2 grams of fat/30 carbs (8 grams of fiber, 5 souble) 4 sugars plus 9 grams of protein. The one thing I found that helped me get through the first 45 to 60 days was the Protein Shake powder from GNC.
