When we eat multivitamins, various extracts(that is in concentration and processed form from actual food), can this exhaust our organs (such as liver
etc.)? I'm occasionally taking multivitamins and
extracts such as bilberry, garlic, sleeping aids(Valerian etc.), zinc, glucosamine, salmon fish oil etc.
Just wondering, is it more healthy(that's the idea!) to take supplements, or it actually damage some of our organs? Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!!
