t pain while urinating, its fine but a slight burning sensaton on foreskin.I am taking some tablets prescribed by my doctor containing (glimepiride USP,pioglitazone hydrochloride,metformin hydrochloride). Is it ok to take these tablets? does this contain sugar?

It appears that your doctor thinks you have a bacterial infection. I'm not sure why the urinary pain relief tablets since you haven't mentioned pain with urination. did they do a urine test?

Hi, iam 55 aged female my sugar level fasting is 215mg/dl and post lunch is 413mg/dl.

So i showed it to my doctor and she gave me muprirocin ointment USP 2% that didnt help so i went again and this time she gave me Nystatin and Triamcinolone Acetonide CREAM USP and FLUCONAZOLE 150mg tablets which also didnt help after that i tryed my self LOTRIMIN antifungal didnt help. the drug glimepiride, is not making my blood sugar level lower; instead is higher 250! I am taking 2mg twice a day. My doctor says all is OK.

The doctor recommended vitamin D, E supplements and some tablets for the esinophil which I completed the entire course. The main concern I would have about the addition to Lantus 20 units daily would be the risk of low blood sugar, especially in combination with glimepiride. Both Lantus and glimepiride can cause low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. Just make sure you're watching for the signs of low blood sugar, which are, sudden headache, feeling shaky, and weakness. There are many more signs of hypoglycemia and I encourage you to research it more yourself.

Please do not put off calling your doc today. I looked up Amaryl (glimepiride) and it is used by type 2 diabetics to lower glucose levels. There's a discussion going on in this forum about type 2, after long periods of time (how long is unk), reversing into type 1 diabetics. In your case it seems you are combating low glucose levels and may have a flipped 180º. Let us know what your docs says. You will help a lot of readers by posting your history if you did turn into a type 1.

I noticed 3 pus filled pockets on my public hair area and 1 on my penis (they had fishy smell).
