bumps

Avatar_n_tn hello, I have had these little bumps under the skin on both armpits for years now... I had my dr. feel them about a year and half ago and he said they are lymph nodes that became that way from me shaving (I do shave quite a bit, and am not known to switch razors when supposed to). anyways, he said that they would go away when I laid off shaving, but I haven't so they haven't really done much either. They are very small, probably a pin head size or slightly bigger. not a pea size for sure.
Avatar_m_tn They aren't just the tiny red bumps people say they have, they are actually pimples, and only some don't get the puss under them. I have had these for weeks now and I don't know how I can get rid of them. Is there a at-home treatment I can do or do I have to see a dermatologist?
1779880_tn?1314583905 They are just under my right armpit, Could this be a allergic reaction to the deoderant i use or could it be like a heat rash. I trimmed both my armpits but the left one doesn't have bumps under it, there are about 3 big ones. Any suggestions on what i could use to get rid of it or should i just leave it alone.
Avatar_n_tn I seem to get two types o rashes frequently. One under my armpits that appears like a red rash then develpos into pimples. It goes away after four or five days but seems to recurr often. The second develops at the juncture of my leg and crotch. If I walk through a mall for a while it seems to get red irritaed and quite painful do to the rubbing. I apply antifungal creams and lotions and it disspaears after a week or so. This happens so often that the area seems to be permanently discolored.
Avatar_n_tn no way to 100% get rid of it. Ive had all the problems everyone has stated. and ive fond something good THAT WORKS. 1) armpitS - honesty i really don't think this is a problem but if its really bothering you wax them and use the same treatment as 3 2) Inner thy pimples/boils - Its a form of diaper rash. When your overweight your your inner thy's tend to brush past each other until chafing occurs.
Avatar_f_tn But I have tons of recurring cysts all over my body. The heaviest concentrations are my in armpits, under the breasts and in my groin area. I'm pretty sure scabies, yeast infections, and other common skin problems can be ruled out.. I've looked at pictures all over and none really match what I have. Oh, I should probably describe how they look, yes? Okay, well, the acne appears to be mostly under the left breast. The right has a little bit of acne and cysts.. But under my left breast..
Avatar_n_tn My husband has bumps under his armpits on both sides that come and go. He stopped using deoderant a few months ago but they are still coming back. These bumps are the size of lima beans and sometimes they are red, if we squeeze them nothing comes out, they just get bigger and more painful. We would go to the doctor but our insurance does not kick in for another 6 months. One of our friends told us it was cancer, he is pretty upset now. Any suggestions...
Avatar_n_tn and they literally sliced it open and green yucky stuff can out it even had an odor. i was fine after that but i continue to get them now i get them under both arms and it is very painful. what causes this and what can i do to make this stop?????
Avatar_n_tn I have these red pimple like bumps on my vagina.. they get about a pea size and then go away but they leave a scar.. I get them once a month im scared to see a doc...HELP.....
Avatar_n_tn Then it spread to my hips and i have got alot off bumps, like mosqito bites (like they 1st started on my stomach), now it has spread to my under arm and near my armpit, this rash being more like the rash on my thighs, close together and raised. I also have some very large fleshy bumps, just near my armpits, around the back, that are very sore now due to scrathing.
Avatar_n_tn hi im 16 and i have the same kind of thing, but they are not spaced apart, they are right under the head of my penis i dont kno wat they are but they have been there 4 8 months, they dont hurt or anything like that but they are small and white, i think i got them from an ex girlfriend but can someone plls tell me wat they are?
Avatar_n_tn ive had the same thing since i was about 13, i live in the UK so i can get meds, but they always seem to prescribe amoxycillin (4times a day 3hours after food) they work after things get bad after summer - but never completely erradicate them, and the bumps/spots/boils always come back in full swing soon enough.
Avatar_n_tn they go across my body except for my back. they are under my armpits, and under right around my genital area and they are aggitated by my boxers daily. i have no idea what the heck it is.but it itches like crazy. i've put hydrocortosone or whatever on it that i had before from poison ivy...that momentarily makes the itch calm but it still looks disgusting and itches like crazyyyy. i got it around thursday...which is when i started school. idk how!
Avatar_n_tn i HAVE THE SAME THING I CANT GET RID OF THEM PLEASE ITS BECOMING A TERRIBLE NUCENSE CONTACT ME AT darkpath_7***@**** I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME GET RID OF THESE TINY ITCHY RED BUMPS!!
Avatar_n_tn Try to avoid rubbing or agitating any of the bumps. The more I do, the bigger they get and the longer it takes to get rid of them. The bigger the more that particular area is infested. I wash all my clothing in the hottest possible water. I let it soak with soap for like 15 minutes then run for another 18 minutes. I then repeat the hot cycle over for another 18 minutes and then let it finish the cycle. I dry for 90 minute on hot.
Avatar_n_tn there is no cure except time. your body has to get rid of it on it's own. if you itch it spreads it causing more bumps. you can use an anti itch cream to help but finger nail polish does nothing except remind you to not itch. you can get rid of chiggers by taking a warm soapy bath and cleaning anything you have been in contact with, like clothes or blankets, as there could still be some chiggers on it.
Avatar_f_tn The bumps on the lips look like a lump that is under the skin. In fact, they're kind of hard to even see except that they are making the lips droop and crinkle in a weird way. When I run my finger down the lips, I feel them easily, and they are painful when I press on them (and painful when I don't now too). They look most like a large pimple that is under the skin. I forgot to mention that when I went to the doctor on Sept. 7, I only had 2 bumps on my vaginal lips.
Avatar_n_tn Its only on my left foot the right feels great. The left drives me crazy i sratch everyday. I used to get alot of bumps on my hands as i was yunger. I kept popping them. Thankfully they are gone and the itchiness too because ppl see the hands alot. My foot drives me crazy.
Avatar_n_tn They show up just as fast, but these are more like a pimple in appearance. However, there is nothing to pop and get rid of. Instead, there is a semi-hard bump under the surface [fairly far under the surface] which is white (maybe with a faint yellow tint). It appears, at first, if you can squeeze it and pop it, but in most cases, you cannot. In some cases, I am able to scratch my finger nail over it and get rid of it.
Avatar_n_tn Hello, I have had normal colored bumps under my armpits ever since I can remember. They don't cause me much trouble, but they're not very pretty. I've always been self-conscious because of them. What are they and how can I get rid of them? Are they simply hypertrophied sweat glands? Thank you!
Avatar_n_tn I think mine was the result of remodeling a bathroom and having to get into the attic with the insulation when it was hot. Anyway, it started under my breasts and spread to my arms, torso, armpits, legs. I was in agony. My young doc thought it was poison oak (which I disputed) and gave me a steroid which made it WORSE. Then my gyn who is an older doc took one look and diagnosed it as yeast. I never heard of such a thing, but my mom said she has had it too.
Avatar_n_tn Since then (I'm 25 now) I have never gone a day without having atleast 1 somewhere on my body. It's increased and gotten worse over the years. Now I get them under my arms, under my breasts and around the sides of both breasts, inner thighs, around my pubic area, and on my lower stomach and upper stomach. some remain small while others become very large, tender and filled with blood and pus. If I dare to squeeze hard enough the fluid literally shoots out.
Avatar_n_tn A related discussion, Re: to the itchy bump mystery... was started.
Avatar_n_tn they have a little or pus or something that comes out. And i sometimes have pimples or pink lumps under my arm, in my armpits and they are a little painful, they go away after some time.... but i am worried! i am 16 and i dont think any of this is part of puberty because none of my friends have it! i also have pimples on my upper back! why? and how do i get rid of it? its highly unflattering! when someone runs their hands up your back and finds pimple like bumps!! its disgusting!
Avatar_n_tn i have had 3 iuis and going for my 4 today, with the other 3 even though i wasnt pregnant i had very sore breasts and felt very bloted i learned after having so many iuis to expect that i guess that comes from the hcg shot, i never was nausiuos though, that could be a good sign some woman know it the minute they become pregnant, and you could be one of them,i know the two week wait can be unbearable, but try and hang in there and try not to take a hpt test for a few more days, unlike i did and get a
Avatar_f_tn There is alot of them now on my chest and on and under my breasts. Also still on the armpits and under my adomen. Some have formed on the insides of my thighs and the rashes is terribly itchy. I have no other abnormal symptoms and am wondering What this could be? and How can it be treated? I tried benadryl anti-itch cream and also aveeno anti-itch cream but neither help. Please help me get rid of this im miserable.
Avatar_n_tn i have a bump under each of my armpits. They're slightly red and they don't hurt, but i can feel them. They kind of look like skin tags but i'm pretty sure they would bleed and cause me lots of pain if i tried to cut them off. i thought they were just large shaving bumps but i've had them both for over a year. How do i get rid of them? It appears there's a single hair growing in the middle of the one under my left arm.
Avatar_n_tn I am a 25 yr old female and a few months ago I noticed some reddish, painful bumps under my armpits. Since they became progressively painful I visited a general physician and he diagosed them as follicultis and gave me an oral antibiotic for 10 days. The bumps disappeared but approx. a month ago they came back again. I thought I could cure them with antibiotic ointment but after 2 weeks they multiplied and also spread to one of my breasts (I occasionaly pluck hairs from my breasts).
