So i found out about a week and a half ago I have
gestational diabetes. I saw the nutritionist and she gave me a diet to follow. she gave me ideas on what foods to eat, but basically said I can eat anything just watch the carbs. I am supposed to eat 30carbs for breakfast, 60carbs for lunch and dinner, and 3 snacks that are 30carbs each. I am to check my blood sugar 4 times a day, and it should stay between 60-90 in the morning and 90-120 all day.
