I had a sudden bout of horrible chills, neck pain, and headache, which led to a fever of 104. Since that night I have had an up and down temperature ranging from almost normal to 102.5. Two nights in a row I've had drenching sweats along with lower back pain, stomach pain and even a bad eye ache. Any ideas on what I could have?

I'm a young, sexually active gay male. From time to time I meet a man from the Internet and engage in safer sex practices like fellatio (mostly with me performing it) and mutual masturbation. I never engage in anal sex with these men, and I always, always ask about HIV status. My last test was two months ago and the result was negative. So, normally, I'm not very worried about HIV. However, I have a concern that I hope you can address.
I went to my doctor yesterday because my stomach wasn't feeling well and I had a loose bm with two spots of bloody mucus. (thats why I went). He told me that I have a mild case of colits due to an intestinal bug going around. He told me to go on a liquid diet for 72 hours but to call if it gets worse or I get a fever. Did your doctor suggest an anibiotic? Did he/she ask you to moderate your diet?
Have you been having regular bowel movements? If not or even if you are having unusual bowl movements you could have a blockage. I'm not sure about the fever or chills you may have some type of bug that could even bee causing the abdominal cramping. If you have been constipated or less than the usual amount of bowel movements you can take a laxative to start things going.
One day I was fine and the next day I had diarrhea, chills and fever. I went to a gastroenterologist and received a treatment for gastroenteritis. It didn't work, my syptoms got worse, I had fever every other 5 days, high fever 39 degrees and every morning some kind of watery and yellowish diarrhea. I had a colonoscopy and my doctor told me I had crohn's disease but the biopsy came out inconclusive.
r n they did blood work n a ultrasound which came back normal. I was think gallbladder stones idk.. So doctor diagnose me with gastroenteritis prescribe me pain killers. N next morning with the dull pain that comes n goes. Ouch! Is it normal???? Im scared im praying to god to please let it not be nothing else..

I went up there and took her to the doctor and she was basically told is was a stomach virus (gastroenteritis) drink plenty of fluids and it should go away in a couple of days but when I look up Gastroenteritis it says that it's common in people with weaken immune system caused by HIV.
I am getyig goosebumps or chills only in my legs for no explained reason.

t break cause I checked it and the semen was inside, but 5 days later I had diarrhea, vomiting and fever that last 48 hours. I went to the hospital and the doctor after some research and a typical blood test told me that it is a gastroenteritis . Please help me cause since then I can't sleep , I am always thiniking of my family, my son and I am going to lose my mind.
I have been having chills, inability to get warm, very sleepy, for about 4 weeks now. i have been to the doctors and to the hospital with no luck. They did all kinds of tests but came up with nothing. The only pain i have is a tooth and the dentist said that it would not be giving me these symptoms even though i need a root canal done. I don't know where to turn next. Very weak. I am on a Z-pak for the tooth for 4 days now but nothing is happening.
I'm 41, expecting baby#4. I started over too! Nausea was pretty bad in the beginning, no chills though. I suspect they will go away in your 2nd trimester, as the nausea.
My face feels hot like im running a fever but rarely ever get fevers. I get tired and feel worn out alot. I take vitamin and product to get energy as well which helps. I just cant afford to take maximum every day . I am anemic but dr said was better than i used to be.
Sometimes I notice I can't get warm. I had my complete blood count done and everything was fine. Its like I shiver and I know its warm where I am but I'm cold inside my body. Its like the chills people get when they have a fever. But I defiantly don't have a fever cuz I check all the time.. Im concerned about it and wasn't sure if this is what people go through.
