But it would be harder to diagnose since you might not be able to get pee in a cup. I'd give it a few more days, let the diarrhea clear up and then take her back if she still isnt back up to her normal wets a day.

Long story short a friend whose a doc said males dont get those very often <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>and</span> urged me to see my family doc. During an ultrasound about 4 days later the tech got real quiet, left the room came back with a doc and they said I needed to see my family doc right away. They found a tumor and I had it confirmed the next day with a look into my bladder (not pleasent).

Secondly, I'd wonder also about a possible STD (sexually transmitted disease), are you sexually active and if so, there is a chance it could be that. As I said in the first response, constipation as well as a gastroenteritis could be an issue.

I had an iron test that did come back a little low. It's at 52 when normal starts at 40. My most recent thyroid test was also okay.
