What you describe sounds like a papular rash not a maculopapular rash. A maculopapular rash is one containing macules (non-raised/flat changes in pigmentation of the skin) and papules (raised spots). Macules are unusual you'd notice one. An ARS rash where present is non-specific though often multiform.

But why i did i have the maculopapular rash first and mutltiple cankers that did not go away on their own until i got penicillian and also the extreme night sweats, nauseau . The symptoms should be cankers first than the maculopapular rash.. But i had the rash exactly 3 weeks than came all the cankers, thank you becuae i am so worried..

A maculopapular rash can be due to eczema or dermatitis also. Eczema is a form of atopic dermatitis. There are certain other non-pharmacological measures which are equally important in treating atopic dermatitis.
Can anyone state if getting a Maculopapular rash after 14 months is too late for HIV related? Would someone with HIV have this rash earlier?
I now have an outbreak of maculopapular rash on my left arm and backside of the palm, as well as 1 isolated area on the left middle of my back. The rashes do not itch. There are also two isolated red rashes on my left arm's bicep.
There are no other symptoms.
Should I test for HIV? Does the above mentioned incident of protected oral sex+nipples being bitten warrant an HIV test? I would prefer NOT to get tested unless necessary because I am afraid of the result.
My question is a general ARS question, and maybe having it answered would help other worried wells like myself. The maculopapular rash that comes with ARS. Does that typically stay? Or is it the type of blotching which disappears and reappears with heat? Yet doesn't feel like anything? Appreciate input.
Sorry you have acne on your back. A Zinc deficiency can cause acne. Try taking a Zinc supplement.
ve been having light headaches which has been going on for almost 2 weeks now. And I might have maculopapular rash but not sure because I had chicken pox bad as a child and the dark spots remain, but for some reason I cannot differentiate. Also slight muscle pain in my leg. Are the headaches a strong indicator of Hiv infection, I've never really had headaches last this long. Also I do not have fever or sore throat at this point. Do symptoms come all at once or one by one?
then on my neck I have around 4 smaller pimples with no dome and on my shoulder one. face, small stress-like rash... I did PCR/Antibody and will be out in 1 week (11 weeks following last exposure). After 35 days i had rashes that gone away in 10 days but they left black marks where rashes are formed...and slowly after 1 or 2 months they also faded away..will ars rash or maculopapular rash leave any marks?? If they can't be diagnosed by symptoms its ok but atleast ars rash healing have some nature??? Right???
I made a big mistake and had sex with a guy i barely knew three months ago. Recently i had mono symptoms and got really scared so i got tested for epstein barr and HIV among other viruses. I was positive for epstein barr, negative for HIV (12 weeks had passed), so i was really relieved. But i know in some rare cases HIV gets detected later that 12 weeks or 3 months.

I had a high risk exposure around the second week of December, and then experienced ARS symptoms around the second week of January. I developed swollen lymph nodes all along the side of my neck, and then about three days later, a rash that my doctor referred to as "maculopapular".
I tested negative at one month (a few days shy of five weeks), but I realize that this is not conclusive (and I'm not asking about my "chances" or whatnot).
a week later i went back to the place wanting to have sex but we eventually didnt do anything.. we only laying down naked and the sex worker gave me a massage without any clothes on and after we finished she sat down naked and 5 mins later i sat down at the exact place where she sat naked and i dont know until now whether her fluid may get my anus or not, theres no penetration in this accident.
HIV related rashes are maculopapular rash. They don't itch. Your rash is unspecific to HIV. You have conclusively tested negative and the last incident you have described didn't posses risk as long as your urethera was protected.
