The causes related to nausea,diarrhea,abdominal pain are food poisoinng,gastroenteritis,stomach flu, lactose intolerance, irritable bowel syndrome etc.Parasitic infestations like amoebiasis and giardiasis will also cause watery stools, abdominal cramps,nausea,fever etc.She should take a light diet and drink plenty of water. i heard from someone who had a daughter exactly around your daughters age with those exacts symptoms and it turned out to be a stomach migraine...
have they ruled that out?

Hi, I am a 23 year old male, 6'0" 145 lbs. This past week I've been having bodily aches in my lower abdomen.
I was hospitalized a few years ago with severe vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain and dehydration. I was diagnosed with gastroenteritis and acute pancreatitis. This is the only major GI problem I have ever had. I am very slender, 105 pounds, so I was wondering if maybe it was normal to feel a lump during digestion just because I am skinny and it's easy to feel my anatomy, or if I should be more concerned. Thanks!
its been about a month now and my stool varies with every deffacation from semi hard to pure liquid to very loose im wondering how i can repair this and get back to normal. i also have had pains in my lower left abdominal region almost like i am constipated but even after a bowel movement it it still there. should i go back to the gastro specialist or is there something i can do that will be less drastic?

Just take it easy, eat bland foods and rest a lot. Personally I would not take pain killers just because they can cause stomach issues and on a stomach that's already inflamed it can make it worse.

Not to mention bloating and abdominal pain thats constant but only enough to feel uncomfortable. I have drank a whole bottle of Emetrol an anti nausea liquid and no changes. I took a pregnancy test to rule out that possibility and it was negative.. I still dont understand why i cant seem to shake these symptoms.. please help im tired of feeling sick..

Hi, what your doctor said is true. Only when the diverticula are inflamed they cause pain. The pain described by you could be due to gastroenteritis, which is infection of the intestines. Amoebiasis is another infection, which can cause similar symptoms. Other common causes are constipation and indigestion.
