I was diagnosed with a fractured vertebrate about 20 yrs ago and I have two indentations on both sides of my back toward the very end of spin. I am very small framed. I have recently moved and my back is hurting constantly. Is there exercises that I can do to help this?

FINDINGS- Standard sequences demonstrate normal alignment of the Lumbar Vertebrate. The Intervertebral discs are normally hydrated and demonstrate normal height. Normal conus end at L1. No marrow replacement process or edema. Paravertebral soft tissues appear unremarkable. Nerve roots are normally distributed within the Dural sac.
L1-L2- Unremarkable
L2-L3- Unremarkable
L3-L4- Mild concentric disc bulge with slightly asymmetry to the left. No frank central or foraminal stenosis.
Could try visiting a chiropractor to see if you have a lower vertebrate out of alignment. I was also experiencing extreme hip pain and am slowly getting better.

the reason is i started having this problem after his massage after 2 days i got rectum pain as well which went away but this is still here and am still very gaseous...doctor told me to see a gastroentrologist or someone i did not tell him about incident...
Hello doc, question what do you think my risk of contracting HIV.
Travled overseas and had protected sex with a prostitute towards the end condom came off and we rubbed pelvics together for 10 min or so. Did not penetrate unprotected. ve had colonoscopy done several times over a period of years. Also, recently I find myself with stomach aches , nauseated and gaseous. Can you help explain this? Or give me any ideas?
