Common Questions and Answers about Gas symptoms heart

gas

Avatar_n_tn ) I don't know if the symptoms are caused by pressure on the heart itself or on the nerves leading to the heart, but after all these years, I'm convinced that there's a connection between the bloating and the heart symptoms.
584851_tn?1220276433 does a heart attact act like <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas? I have lots of <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas most all the time. I get pains in my chest sometimes on my left side. And sometimes right, but the left makes my think im having a heart attack. So, many people the last few days have died of sudden heart attacts.
Avatar_n_tn this helps but takes a few mins to work. trapped <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas and <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas build up can mock or fake heart attack symptoms - as iv been in the ER twice thinking im having a heart attack ! and it was trapped or: #dae8f4'>gas. most of my problems are caused by Medications ( side effects ) for h.b.p and Most Doctors , dont want to hear about those things. best to try or: #dae8f4'>gas X pills and a good anti acid twice a day. water is very good to drink as it helps flushing out the body .
Avatar_f_tn I have went to the ER twice and both times they gave me meds to lower my BP but said the EKG was negative for a heart attack. Am I creating this in my mind, is it <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas that Ive always had but not noticed? I am scared to death.... Anyone with any advice would be appreciated. I am a 34 yr old male. Thanks.
Avatar_m_tn For about 10 years I've been having digestive problems which cause a high production of <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas in my stomach and intestines. I've also been experiencing heart palpitations or flutters that are like extra beats that sometimes occur every other beat. The palps mostly went away years ago but recently came back. I know that it's caused by my digestive problem because like many others I've gone to hospital with symtoms and had just about every test done and the results are clean on everything.
1427124_tn?1284247534 It's anyone's guess what is causing your symptoms. I would get checked for overgrowth of candida or h. pylori( bad bacterias that cause digestive problems). If you give a stool sample, you can be checked for that, or also for other microbes or parasites that could be present.

Avatar_n_tn i m suffering from severe stomach <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas problem. The <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas level so much increases that many times it becomes difficult to breath.Even a small amount of spices(chilly) in food causes or: #dae8f4'>gas in few minits & belching starts. Please suggest which tests should i do? & the way to cure this problem?
Avatar_m_tn well, its been more than a month now, i feel like having <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas in my stomach, i am eating good and drinking lots of water, but stools are not proper , the amount of stool passing has decreased and i feel vibration in my stomach and chest , i cough a lot after having a meal , can it be due to anxiety ? how can i clean my stomach fully ??
Avatar_n_tn I'm 100% sure it's not just a feeling. I went to the ER while I was having these symptoms and the doc said my heart was skipping beats about every 1 in 6 but it is nothing I should worry about as long as they don't skip every other beat or 1 in 2. When i am able to burp and get rid of the or: #dae8f4'>gas buildup these symptoms lessen or go away. It gets worse when i lay down. My questions is has anyone else experience heart palpitations caused by or: #dae8f4'>gas or GERD?
1222076_tn?1423031349 I went to my new doctor today. Over my stomach symptoms and heart murmur and palpations. My doctor is nice but yet again like the rest she tells me the most they can do is give me acid reducers which don't really help me much. They tell me I produce to much acid but my question is whats causing it? Maybe if they spent some time trying to figure out what causes it then I could feel better. Most people don't have that problem so my symptoms are deffinatly not normal.

Avatar_n_tn I went to my or: #dae8f4'>gastro yesterday and was dignosed with gerd, but since I have IBS, my or: #dae8f4'>gastro said my symptoms could also be relatd to that. I burp a lot and loudly and have heart flutters which are so annoying and scary. I have had an ekg and all is normal. Wornder if anyone else has had these symtoms. I do not have any heartburn but do get or: #dae8f4'>gas.
Avatar_f_tn And my doctors tell me my heart is strong and good, its anxiety and <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas. No family history of heart diseases. I must confess I have been a smoker for the past 16-17 years smoking upto 10-20 cigarettes a day. No drugs no other medications and alcohol I have moderately never getting too drunk. I am trying to quit but my fear is the amount of smoking I've done may have caused my heart some damage even though there is no sign of atherosclerosis in my echo and tmt stress test was fine too.

Avatar_n_tn Over the past 4 months I've been having several abdominal symptoms. They include a dull pain in my lower left side, usually later in the day, but sometimes it reappears after waking up in the morning. Some days I have a bloated feeling in the intestines. Some days I also pass more or: #dae8f4'>gas, sometimes it smells bad, especially after eating surgary foods. I don't have diaheara, and the number of times I have a bowel movement doesn't change.
Avatar_n_tn And since I have mitral valve prolapse with moderate to severe reguritation I could really be in a situation for a heart attack but i take medicine to help with the anxiety. Although i have read that heart attack symptoms, especially in women can be subtle and happen up to a month before the actual heart attack..some one on another website i go to for my mitral valve prolapse once said that when they had their heart attack, that there was no way you could mistake it was a heart attack.
Avatar_n_tn Im 23 years old in the military, and do extensive cardio on a daily basis, i have never experienced any problems with my heart, so I dont think its heart attack symptoms, but then again i know nothing about medical stuff :P Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Avatar_n_tn It has happened many, many times when my stomach is filled with <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas, my heart rates goes up. If some other people have such experience, please let us exchange our ideas. What is the best (but natural way) of getting rid of the or: #dae8f4'>gas before it leads to higher heart beat?
Avatar_n_tn When it's trapped, you get panic. When it travels up, you get heart symptoms. A large build up of <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas in the upper intestinal tract can cramp the space that your heart is used to having to beat nice and free. An invasion on this space by or: #dae8f4'>gas can cause your heart to race, chest pains, and breathlessness.
1551963_tn?1302296332 I think it's mainly a spasm in my colon, which, happening at one point along its length, causes <span style = 'background-color: #dae8f4'>gas to balloon up in the part of the colon just under the heart (called the splenic flexure of the colon); when that happens the heart is compressed and, being an irritable little organ, starts to fire off extra beats which are medically called PVCs.
